It has been over a month since I placed my order and it still has not been shipped. I have sent several emails and have been completely ignored. This is by far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

I bought an Erno Laszlo mud soap bar for £45.99 on the 13th February 2026. I got no confirmation email which is a red flag 🚩 I’ve never received the soap and emailed them 4 times asking for an update on my order and a refund. No response from them to this day- radio silence. I’ve flagged them to my credit card company as a scam. I can’t believe Beauty globe is still operating in the UK as it’s obvious by the reviews and my own experience they are a SCAM. My next step is reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT ORDER from this website - I would rate them 0 stars for customer service/ satisfaction as all they did was take my money then ignore me- UNBELIEVABLE!

I’ve purchased a touchland hand sanitizer 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received the item. I need a full refund. No emails, no updates absolutely nightmare.

Credit card charged immediately for goods not sent. No response from customer service. Appalling company. Avoid at all costs.
Fortunately my credit card company have refunded me.

I ordered a product 12 November 2025. I never received it. It never even shipped. I tried to contact them multiple times to no avail. I will be reporting to the ombudsman.

like many other people i’ve placed an order #10272 contacted customer service and i haven’t received a response or my package planning to report it to my bank and get a refund as the whole website seems to be a scam. DO NOT ORDER!

I placed an order with Global Beauty over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. There has been no update on shipping, no delivery, and no clear communication about what’s going on.

I’ve reached out through email, but I haven’t received any response at all. It’s extremely frustrating to be left completely in the dark after paying for an order.

At this point, the lack of communication is just as concerning as the delay itself. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as the customer service experience has been very disappointing.

I hope the company addresses this soon, either by fulfilling the order or providing a proper explanation and resolution.

Fraudulent company! Don't order!Anyone writing a review that's good about this company must be in on it or have been paid by the company. It's a total sham and no products are ever received.

Ordered a product. Waited over a week for tracking/delivery info. Contacted them & no response. Cancelled order with my payment provider. Disappointing.

Have not received my order, sent multiple emails in which no one has responded to, there's no information on shipment time frame and have no clue what's happening.

We are now on week 17 and still not received my items or even a reply from this scam company, they should be ashamed/arrested for stealing money from people

Despite the bad reviews I ordered the EOS range and can honestly say im really happy with it! Arrived in 5 days, nicely packaged and smells lovely.

Ordered items and received it earlier than expected will definitely use them again.

UPDATE: My order arrived today which was 9 weeks after I placed my order. I received no update on order status or response from customer service during this time and would highly recommend that Beauty Globe respond to customers when contacted.

I placed an order with Beauty Globe over 5 weeks ago and was charged £59 immediately and order confirmation. Since then, I have received no delivery and no communication beyond the initial confirmation email.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update and a refund, all of which have been ignored.

Having now reviewed other Trustpilot feedback, it appears I am far from alone in this experience, which raises serious concerns about this company’s business practices.

I am now formally requesting a full refund. If this is not processed within 7 days, I will be pursuing the matter further via:
- My bank (chargeback)
- Trading Standards
- A formal complaint through the relevant consumer protection channels

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before ordering from this company

Ordered over £100 worth of products on feb 25th.. it’s now April 8th. still haven’t received my order. Have tried emailing, no reply and no other way to contact them. Tracking the order through the shop app and all it says is it’s confirmed.. hasn’t changed since the day I ordered. Finding it hard to believe this is a legitimate company as customer service is non existent.

Pretty quick delivery but I’m concerned that the packaging was open and product wasn’t sealed - considering it’s a vitamin C surely this has impacted the stability? I would appreciate someone getting in contact with me asap please.
