The friendliness of Gillian and Dianne. Especially Dianne we were remembering the Merrie England coffee shop at Oakes and the old Beaverbrookes in town.
Lovely conversation with the sales women. Got taken into a backroom and had a free drink while I looked at the items I enquired about. Got a sale.

Emily was such a breath of fresh air
Emily was such a breath of fresh air . Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I was buying 2 gifts 1 watch was for my husband so that was quite easy, but the other was for a retirement gift which was a little more difficult. Emily was full of ideas in the price range I had. Well done
