Had a king size Hilton ottoman bed delivered on Saturday , the quality is amazing , the customer care was 100 percent. I’m so pleased . I will definitely be purchasing all my future beds from them. Thanks again

I found the experience from begining to end excellent. The assistant who dealt with me was so helpful and caring. They stored my bed for about four weeks for me as the work i had to have done was delayed. I rang them for delivery and it was delivered within a couple of days by two lovely guys who were really nice and friendly. So highest marks from me

I went in today to view some beds. Karl Morrison helped me with exactly what I wanted. I’m a very fussy person, but he talked me through all possibilities and helped me get my perfect bed. 5 star service. Thanks guys!!!

Prompt service and Good communication. The delivery men rang 30 minutes before arrival and where very polite and helpful. Will definitely be ordering again.

Just want to say that I am really impressed with the bed I ordered. The customer service was amazing, always quick to respond & sort things out. My daughter is so happy with her bed. I would highly recommend the beds & service at great prices too. Sorry it has taken some time, but I am absolutely in love with my beds.
Five star quality, 5 star comfort, absolutely beautiful too. It's so easy & quick to assemble, too.

Wish it had zero stars sick of this idiot keep tryna fob me off sayon they'll send new side rail when you order something the full thing should come in perfect condition not rips in and sending the wrong poles etc cowboys whoever those company is would love to know where there actually based I would take the s**t bed that was sent back personally because now been blocked on Facebook and messenger by this man if not sorted the police and trading standards are going to be involved !!

I bought a mattarras from them the very bad mattarras ever had before please people they have others to give them good reviews be carful don't buy from them after 1 and half year my mattrass need change

Visited Blaydon branch yesterday. Brilliant staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought bed and matress and was so easy.

Amazing as always, this is our second bed from here and it didn’t disappoint! My daughter loves it. We ordered it on the Friday and it was here by the Sunday, delivery driver very friendly and efficient. Bed was very easy to put together with good instructions. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for our beds! Thank you so much. My daughter loves it.

Extremely poor poor quality. And charge premium price . On delivery guy scratch his balls in front of Miss. Couldn't help to bring bed inside on ground floor. Stay far away from them. Bed falling apart not even a year old.....
