Delivery arrived extremely quick & i absolutely love the bed - I was told a week but with eid coming up it could be 1/2 days delayed, was extremely pleased and surprised when they had messaged me today to deliver it totalling 3 day delivery time! 😊 . They went above and beyond with added extras which is so good you can choose what you want and the style of it and even fixed it up for me in less than half an hour

Never using again EVER! the bed quality is so poor it broke within a month and when we tried reaching out to them all they did was BLOCK US ! My partner is now trying to recover the money from our bank as they are the only ones who seem to be helping us

Very good and professional experience, this is my second bed and I love it. Good quality. Assembled with care. And speedy shipping. I placed my order at 3am and received my order the very next day!

I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone ! The beds we ordered we so cheaply made and they looked nothing like the pictures they were showcasing online. When we tried getting in touch we were immediately fobbed off by their rude customer service.

The delivery arrived safely, and we couldn't be happier with the product we purchased from you, even went the extra mile when i wanted certain stuff, diffrent headboards, taller tv footboard ect it was made exactly how i wanted it😊.

We absolutely love it! Everyone in our family and circle of friends who has seen it has been impressed, some are even a little jealous and may be interested in getting something similar themselves.

Fast delivery. Easy assembly. We got the Chesterfield winged bed with an amazing mattress! Everything went so smoothly and was happy to gwt a phone call and messages when the driver was on way

From start to finish the service was outstanding.
The item was delivered to Northern Ireland with an extra cost however was still delivered in the time frame given.
The driver was on the ball and polite even took the item to the room for us.

The extra miles always helps.

The bed is good quality however the delivery was at 6am in the morning and they told us they only deliver downstairs as pensioners how are we supposed to carry heavy bed upstairs . We ended up paying an extra £25 to the delivery man to take upstairs. This was not mentioned on website when ordering .

This is the second Lynx Wing ottoman bed I have purchased from this company and cannot fault them from order to delivery is quick and keep you updated and any queries answered straight away and any issues resolved promptly. Products are great and great quality Would highly recommend..

What an experience. From starting from ordering a swatch to full delivery and assembly service was outstanding. Delivered from England to my home in Northern Ireland with no problems. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed were exceptional at there job. Polite, fast workers and clean and tidy in there job. The bed was made exactly how I ordered it and when assembled is strong bed and stunning. I highly recommend Bonanza Sleep. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service and brilliant customer support experience. The price was pocket friendly and fit right within my budget. The delivery men were very friendly and professional too. Ensured they kept in touch with me till they arrived my place and assembled my bed. Loved the products, mattress is comfortable and the bedframe sturdy, just what I needed and exactly what I got. I bought a side lift ottoman divan base from Bonanza Sleep on eBay. Honestly, I just wanted a decent bed, nothing fancy, but wow - I’m so impressed.

The delivery guys were brilliant. They carried everything upstairs, put the bed together, even lifted the mattresses onto the frames, and took my old bed to the garage. Most companies just dump things at the door and leave, but these guys went above and beyond.

At first I thought the bed might be a bit too low, but once it was set up it felt so solid and comfortable. It’s strong, practical and honestly feels better than some of the big-name brands.

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, and the customer service was just wonderful. I honestly can’t wait to get into bed every night now.

Highly recommend Bonanza Sleep - they really exceeded my expectations.
