I placed an offer back in January this year I purchased 4x mink blankets after a few weeks I received an email saying that one of the items wasn’t available so I had to pick another item they said will treat my case as top priority and sent it as soon as possible but I still haven’t received it yet I have sent numerous emails but I haven’t received a single reply

Poor customer service. I ordered two doona covers. One was sent, the other didn't arrive. I contacted them via email, online inquiry, phone, and Facebook Messenger. I did receive a response from Facebook Messenger, but not from the others. There was no follow-up. I wouldn't purchase from this company again. It's hit and miss. Pay for something and not receive the product. The one velvet doona cover I did receive ( after a long wait, a month later and only half of my order), however, was of very good quality. Very poor service. They have lost me as a customer. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering, as I would not have wasted my time ordering anything. Very poor

Ordered 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Once they finally arrived they feel more like 600 thread count and are no where near densely woven enough to be 1000 thread count. The flat sheets are also incredibly long but not very wide so had to turn them sideways to be able to tuck them into the bed properly. I guess you get what you pay for and I have learnt my lesson.

Our order for 4x Beach Towels was placed and paid for on 14 Jan 26. Now over 5 weeks later they have not been received. We'd had 2 apology emails about changing courier companies - first they were supposedly sent via Sendle (which had ceased Aust operations 2 weeks earlier), then supposedly via Aramex (who supposedly got their Tracking Info wrong); lastly by Aust Post (but 2 weeks later no Tracking Number and no delivery). Now Bedding King is not answering our emails....so $200 down the drain. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS Like many others, it seems I have also been scammed by this company. Paid express shipping, and although a label has been created with Australia Post, the order hasn't been dispatched. Have tried calling, sent enquiries online, phoned both contact numbers, nobody answers or responds. I have reported their FB page.

My order for sheets was placed on 4 January and were never even sent. After a couple of weeks I placed a refund request with Paypal and when Bedding King (also trading as BEDDING N BATH PTY LTD), found out they sent tracking information to Paypal to stop the refund. Needless to say 3 weeks later and the tracking information still states "shipping information received' and product haven't even been sent. The phone number listed is never answered nor are emails. I was lucky as Paypal refunded my purchase but only after Bedding King tried to stop it and five weeks had passed. Avoid.
