It's worcable
I only wear it once so I can't give proper valuation. But I can say the size is perfect and it's conformable. The only thing is annoying is the right shoes is making some noise from bottom like if there is a gap. But overall all I think it's OK for those who will order from out side of Europe consider the customer tariff and Vat in your country as it's not included in the price and carrier will collect it upon arrival.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear the fit and comfort were good. The noise you mentioned shouldn’t be happening — with any new pair it can sometimes take a wear or two to settle, but if it continues please drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
Also, thank you for pointing out the note on customs/VAT for overseas customers. Many of our delivery services now include taxes and import duties, and we’re working on moving more orders over to this approach to make things easier.

Hi Theresa, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the delay in responding to your exchange request. As a UK-based company, our customer service team doesn’t operate over the weekend, which can sometimes add a little extra time to replies. I can confirm we’ve now received your return and processed your refund in full. We’re glad this has been resolved and truly appreciate your patience.

Glad to hear you were happy with the delivery and quality, hope to see you shopping with us again.
Not what I expected
I have to say overall a bad experience. The boots themselves were of a very high quality, however the size guide provided was not very accurate at all.
The boots didn't fit, at all. Secondly was the whole height increase thing. I hadn't realises it was simply a wedge underneath the inner sole of the boot.
It was this cheap rubber plastic wedge. However maybe this was my fault for not reading the descriptions correctly.
The only positive were the boots themselves, very high quality and they looked really good which meant I was even more miffed when they didn't fit!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad you found the boots to be high quality and liked the look of them, though we’re sorry the sizing didn’t work out for you.
Just to clarify, all of our shoes are designed from the ground up with the height increase built into the sole structure itself. They aren’t standard shoes with a removable wedge placed inside, but rather purpose-built designs where comfort, balance and durability are factored in from the start. We are looking at that product line to see what happened here thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We completely understand sizing frustrations and are always happy to help customers pick the best size before ordering. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like guidance for next time — we’d love to get the fit right for you.
All good
All good, the shoes arrived on time and they are pretty comfortable, doing their job without hurting you. The only negative is the quality of the shoe which feels a bit fake, like those cheap ones you buy for £10 at Poundland. I don't really mind it though.

Thanks so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear the shoes arrived on time, feel comfortable, and are doing their job well!
We completely understand your point about the materials. Just to share a bit of insight: we spend a lot of time designing these shoes to discreetly enhance height while ensuring all-day comfort, which does come at a higher production cost — definitely more than the £10 range. That said, we’re always working on improving the balance between comfort, function, and premium feel.
We really appreciate you giving us a try and taking the time to leave an honest review — it helps us grow.
Warm regards,
The Beheight Team

The website is good.it was easy to make a choice and buy.the item was delivered promptly.the only issue was with the return process.there is no clear link to start the return.the email and contact phone numbers returned as invalid.i got worried about being scammed.however I filled the reply form and sent it and got a prompt reply and it was refunded.the company needs to make returns easier if it wants to grow.still giving 5 stars as the return was successful.

Thanks for your honest feedback — we really appreciate it.
We totally understand your concerns about the returns process. At the moment, we handle returns directly through our customer service team so we can provide a more personalised experience and make sure any issues are sorted quickly. That said, we’re currently working on a new, much clearer return portal to make the whole process simpler and more transparent.
Thanks again for your patience and for still giving us 5 stars — that means a lot.

Thanks for the feedback — we're sorry to hear the lift didn’t meet your expectations. The height increase can vary slightly depending on the style and how it's worn, but we aim to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions.

I think the trainers are great
I think the trainers are great, gave me confidence and comfort. I am 5ft 3 and gaining 3ft amazed me the difference Girls looked at me and man behaved around me. Only one person had the guts to ask me have you grown tall. I have always been confident with my height but I didn’t realise that a lot of people perception about you is also about height. I liked the attention but also hated it because of what it meant. Great product my only wish is to make the shoes functional for daily work causal dress.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s amazing to hear how our trainers gave you that boost of confidence and comfort. It’s fascinating how something as simple as a bit of extra height can have such a big impact on how others perceive us, isn’t it? We’re glad you enjoyed the attention (even if it came with mixed feelings).
We really appreciate your feedback about making the shoes more functional for daily work and casual wear—we’re always looking for ways to improve and will definitely take this on board. Thanks again for your thoughtful review!
Quality
Absolutely over the moon with my shoes. I wasn't sure what to expect but I pleasantly surprised. They're more comfortable than the pairs I already wear.
