I ordered some vionic sandals, good for plantafaciitis. Sandals I received from Bellagadgets price from £50.00 reduced to £29.95 were very cheap plastic, very hard bottomed rubbish. These could never be worn, so bad

My mum found these on Google and received sub par product for 10x the price. I assume it's a drop ship selling terrible products from china, avoid guys.

Contacted them several times. Reply to me was a confirmation number stating there support team are looking into my order. Same reply after me sending three e- mails and a different customer service number each time. I think this company is a scam and my money has gone. Never heard of this company before ordering and wish I had NEVER of them. Keep your money in your pocket.needs investigating!!!!!!!

Total scam. Refused to respond to any mails when I tried to cancel order on the same day. Credit card company unable to intervene. They despatched sandaks 3 weeks later saying they received no email. Product is junk. I’m ashamed to have been taken in by this outfit. Should be banned.

The worst company and customer service I ever came accross..No responses to emails, nobody is answering the phone no paperwork received with order..it's a con....do not recommend to anyone

Ordered car scratch repair kit for £25.No reply to emails. Cancelled order. Product received today. Very small tube of white cream and apart from the word Car and a picture everything else is in Chinese. No packing no return label nothing. For aIl I know it could be haemorrhoid cream....
Tried it (on the car,) and it has done nothing. Very expensive tube of nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! , they refuse to acknowledge that they sell rubbish and not what was ordered. I ordered a pair of sandals size 7 after waiting weeks for delivery a very poor quality, cheap looking version arrived size 39. Could not get my foot in them even if they were the right size. They would not have it that size 7 is a 40/41 and refuse to refund or arrange return.

Poor quality product received for the price. Would not recommend.

As with other reviews, I cannot get a response from the email address or telephone number given. I want to return a product but just keep getting emails saying someone will come back to me - 6 weeks on still nothing !

Ridiculous, obviously not a real company. Took 4 weeks to deliver us something and when it finally arrived it was not the item we ordered. And now no one is responding to my contact

I wish I could give a zero star .I bought these 2 month ago . They looked so fake and too big I didn't even try them and I decided to return was trying to contact them but no reply .
Then I emailed them about 10 times they kept making excuses and keep delaying the return .
And for each email it took about 4 to 5 days for them to reply . Its nightmare!!!
Still waiting for my refund . Didn't get my refund . Total waste of money .

Ordered shoes, they are the wrong size, not the size I ordered, Do not answer emails and just keep sending vague answers. AVOID

I ordered a strapless bra on 5th August for my daughter who is a bridesmaid. I paid £18 and it has never arrived. I have emailed them numerous times and I just get one back saying they are looking into it. Nothing else. They are absolute rubbish. How do I get my money back from them? I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to.

My 'teeth" arrived, I followed the instructions and they were disgusting. Never again. I want my money back.

Totally agree with other reviewers! Need to be investigated as total con, items received were not worth a penny let alone the £20 plus I paid - can't even send them to charity shop they are so disgusting! Emailed them several times, but no response as usual - stay clear everyone - hope Karma works its magic on them.

Do not use this company. I purchased an item from them on the 6 July 2021 without checking their reviews. That was a mistake as the item has not been delivered. I have left voicemail messages and sent emails without response. Avoid like the plague.

What an awful company! Have phoned on numerous times and when i get through they say leave a message and we we will get back to you. This never happens.Emailed them again and again as i wanted a refund for 2 alarm clocks that dont do as they say. They cost me £60 for the two and were for my grandchildrens birthday. Terrible customer service! Please dont waste your time and money on this company. Still waiying for a reply!!!!!
