Brought these so called veneers.stupidly before reading reviews. What a rip off you look like a boxer,they dont clip in. Absolutely crap.dont spend your money. You may as well just give the money for nothing as thats what you get nothing. Within 5 mins straight in the bin. Should be ashamed of themselves. But they won't be.

This company is the worst company you could deal with. They are robbers. They take your money and send rubbish goods. When you ask for return and refund of your money, all they do auto-reply after a week or two saying they received your request and they will deal with it. They did this four times with me. But never took action. Shame I did not research this business before I buy.

All the items they sell have five stars, these are fake reviews.
They take your money with joy and do not give you your items.
My mum purchased an item on the 7th of July and was supposed to arrive on the 29th of July, but still have not received the item.
Tried getting in contact with them, but they have been ignoring the emails.

Refund through Paypal. I have had the same experience as all of you here. Ordered a sun vuisor, and they sent me a cheap beanie not even worth a quid. Thankfully i ordered and paid via paypal. I raised a dispute with paypal, and after reading all the reviews escalated my claim. Paypal gives them 10 days to respond, if they dont, paypal closes the case in your favour.

Shame I can't leave 0 rating. I purchased Orthofix: Orthopedic Toe Corrector Sandals. Delivery time was very long. When they arrived, they we nothing like the image or as described on the website. The scandals were of very poor quality, rigid, not at all comfortable, no arch as described and almost flat unlike the image. I contacted customer services the same day that they arrived by way of the order confirmation email. I had to chase a response a number of times and despite the order confirmation email having all the details necessary, I was still asked to confirm the order number as they couldn't find it! I replied and had to chase again for a response. I eventually had to go through Paypal. At which point I had scripted responses reminding me of their returns policy being 30 days. It hadn't been 30 days and I wasn't getting responses from their customer service. The scripted response indicated that they had not even looked into the details of my complaint. I sent photos of the scandals and there was no doubt whatsoever that what I received was not as per their website but they disagreed. I had to escalate this with Paypal and thank you Paypal who decided in my favour. I would not recommend buying anything from this website.

Beware! Do not use this company. I am reporting them to the Trading Standards Ombudsman. They have spent 4 weeks fobbing me off in several bizarre emails pretending not to understand my request for a refund!

I have never come across a company like this before who ignore a request to return goods and get a refund. They should not be trading. I am ashamed of them.

It's a shame I didn't research this company, as everyone says...it's a con. I did receive an item, a completely different not worth the £18 I paid for it.

Can't even give them One Star...company dissolved in October 2020!!!!..........

Like a lot of the reviews here, my experience of this company is nothing short of deplorable. I am going to contact trading standards, as they are obviously an intermediary who operate under false pretences. It is zero stars all day long for this joke of a company

Worse company I have ever dealt with they ignore my refund request the tracking number doesn't exist and 2 months later wheres the delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD YOU CLOSED DOWN

SCAM.
Bought an item and had a confirmation email with a tracking number.
This number doesn't exist and I tried contacting them 5 times througj their website but no reply.
I then copied and pasted their email adress into a regular email but got a server response saying their email doesn't exist.
THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Appalling customer service! Waiting for ages to return an item, dreadful quality and they keep sending me emails "thanks for waiting, we will get back to you" never again! Scammers

I would give 0 stars if i were still able to write a review.

I placed an order. Got email confirmation, stating i will be updated via when it is shipped.

A week later, i emailed bella to get an update, no reply. I emailed again, no reply.

Then i email to cancel the order, since it hasnt been despatched (i can see it had not been despatched from tracking info) and wouldnt arrive in time for the doggies birthday.

The next day, (2 weeks after ordering) it gets despatched.

The only reply i have had, to date, is asking me for my order number (even though it was in the subject of every email that i have sent).

I have received the item...which was purchased very specifically because it was advertised as a durable dog toy, for dogs that chew everything.
It arrived too late, after i had cancelled,and it was not durable at all, even a pup could chew it...which means the internal electrical components would be exposed and of course be a hazard.

I emailed to ask for a return address...and no surprise...i havent had a reply..only the automated generic response from the 'zen desk'.

Dont buy from here.

do not use this company they just steel your money they told me they would refund my money it was just lies it never happened.WHY DONT GOOGLE TAKE THEM OFF.

Do not use this company. My order did not work. E Mails do not even go to them. No phone number. I was so angry I sent item back. Have heard nothing. I am in my late 70's on a pension so can not afford to loose money like this. Mo McWilliams

Don't buy anything of this website as they are scammers!!!!! Google needs to take some responsibility for not removing them from their search engine as they are not in business and are allowing people to be regularly scammed.

I'd put zero rating if I could. Teeth are nothing but expensive joke teeth. Made badly... SMELT AWFUL TOO....straight in the bin. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

SCAM

Order placed on 2nd June (order no 61479) and by 15th June it still hadn't arrived so I emailed and called but no one got back to me, finally received on 19th June - SEVENTEEN days to arrive from a supposedly local company, the item doesn't fit and despite continuously calling and never being able to talk to someone - just get an answering machine asking to leave a message and emailing them, all I get is ignored. What disgusting, shocking service. Doubt I will see my money back. This company should not be operating, utter scam.
