Useless company
Useless company, used DX to deliver my parcel, I had no notification of when it would be delivered, DX then delivered it to the wrong apartment and as no one was home left it on the door step, £300 worth of batteries I can only assume were taken by someone walking along our street, if they’d delivered it to the correct address I wouldn’t be leaving this bad review, the supplier won’t do anything to sort it out and have left me to claim the money back through my credit card, buyers beware is all I can say, I’ll never purchase off these guys again

The company’s a joke
The company’s a joke, ordered a makita core drill. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address so my partner had to walk around the estate to find it, when she did the parcel was smashed and the box the drill came in was smashed to bits. I emailed the company and rang about this, I did not got a response. I will never use these again !

Failed Order
Ordered through the web for a job in the morning. Got an email in the morning saying the system was wrong and there was not stock. Now got to wait up to 10 days to get over £400 back.

The company doesn't want business and doesn't communicate.
I placed my order and received an order acknowledgement the following morning. Later the same day I received notification that my money had been returned. No explanation. Hence one star. Will not order from them again. Extremely disappointed.

The product was fine but comms lacking
The product was fine and at a very competative price. Delivery was quick and painless. However, the communication was very poor indeed - many sellers go over the top but DBS was lacking to the point I thought I'd been scammed. All I received was a PayPal notification of payment. There was no order confirmation from DBS but 2 days later I got an email requesting feedback before I had received anything. I got 2 emails from a courier but that didn't specify what the item was or who it came from. It wasn't until the item arrived that I was sure I'd bought it in the first place. Very unusual for an online store.
