Ordered items arrived promptly and also a couple of items that I returned were also refunded promptly. Would not hesitate to order again.

I got an eMail, that my order is "on the way". I waited one week for my parcel, then I asked, why the tracking hasn't got any update. And the very next day my order was cancelled and money refunded without any explanation!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a dress on April 9, with delivery expected in Canada. However, the tracking information shows that the package was delivered on April 17 to Lichfield DO in the United Kingdom — a completely different country from the shipping address I provided.

I never received my order, and to make matters worse, I have contacted customer service twice and have not received any response.

This lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. Delivering an order to the wrong country is a serious issue, and ignoring customer inquiries only makes the situation worse.

Until this matter is resolved with a refund or replacement, I cannot recommend this company.

The only issue is the shoes are a little snug but otherwise everything is what I expected.

It was easy to use the website, plenty of choices. The return process is easy. I will use it again.

Jacket arrived but description was quite vague so had to return it. I have sent two emails asking about how to return and haven’t had a response so I have returned item by tracked Royal Mail. Hopefully I will hear about refund soon but if not I will get in touch with bank to have my payment to them returned. Disappointed in their lack of communication.

I bought a few pairs of shoes from the seller. All came quickly, with no issues. Quality of the product is very good.

Ordered a set of ruby shoos bag and shoes and another pair of ruby shoos, great selection of shoes but only limited sizes of the ones I was looking for hence why ordered 2 pairs, delivery was quick and products were fantastic but unfortunely both were the wrong size, having checked the return/refund policy found had to pay for return shipping myself, but paid and returned items the next day, it did take a little while to get the refund but eventually got a response and refund was issued promptly, great company with great selection of ruby shoos

Do not buy from this company! I returned an order, and have had no response as to when I'm going to get my refund, from the first week in March! I placed another order in the first week in March and have not received it. I've chased them and no response. I am over £100 down!!

I have placed an order for 2 items at beginning of Feb and have only received one. I have tried multiple times and ways to contact Belledivino but have had no response !! Avoid at all costs if you want to waste your money

My order arrived on time but didn’t fit so I needed to return it. There was no returns paperwork in the package so I emailed the email address I found online. I had no reply to this. I emailed again after a few days and again this email was ignored. I then found a phone number online and called that, but it just went to an answering machine. I left a message but again no one contacted me. I have now had to go via my credit card company to request a refund via section 75 claims as my order was worth over £100. Do not under any circumstances by from this company as they are completely unreliable.
