My order came absolutely in prefect condition. I admire how well the pictures turned out. From the time I placed my order until I received my package was in the timeframe stated. Overall I am grateful that I have a wonderful gift to give to the father of my babies.

Very pleased with product and communications and willingness to make changes to picture. Worked quickly. Felt like emails were written by an actual human being and not just pre-done responses that were triggered as an auto response to each step in the ordering process.

Losing a pet is one of life's worst experiences and just over 3 weeks ago I lost my heart and soul Shandy. She was the best friend... Companion and side kick anyone could ask for. When I reached out to Benicee they were exactly what I was looking for to memorialize her. They were very detail oriented and responded quickly to the changes I asked for. I was extremely satisfied with the final portrait and it arrived nicely packaged and rather quick. Id highly recommend them to my friends and family,in fact I'm getting ready to send them another set of pictures of my right hand partner who was tragically killed 2 years ago.

I was a little last minute ordering a canvas for my wife for Mother’s Day. After placing the order I got a text saying my order may arrive after Mother’s Day and wanted to know if I still wanted to order the canvas. Knowing that I was ordering last minute I proceeded with the order. I ended up receiving the order only 5 days after ordering and was able to give it to my wife for Mother’s Day. Quality is amazing, customer service top notch, and the fact that I received it before expected even better!

I ordered a Mother's Day Canvas Collage, 20"x30" and it arrived within the promised timeframe and well before Mother's Day. The canvas turned out just as I had requested, with all the photos in the order I wanted them, and the quality was flawless. The canvas was greatly appreciated and had a deep significance to the mother that received it, and she will cherish it for years to come.

I ordered/purchased this as a sympathy gift for my sister. She had to make the difficult decision to put down her 13 year old furbaby due to some health concerns. When she saw the draft it put her in tears as it was like her furbaby was right there looking at her. When the canvas arrived at her home she had to wait as she was unable to open right away. The day she was finally able to open it just happened to be the 1 month anniversary when her furbaby took his walk to the rainbow bridge. Anyway just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The canvas turned out more beautiful than we could have hoped for.

The picture turned out great. It was delivered in a reasonable time, but I wish I could track the delivery.
