I love the work they did on the canvas I ordered. It came on time before mothers day.

The photos in the plaque I received were blurry and the pictures were dark and not clear. A very poor quality product. I ordered a size 11 x 14 photo canvas plaque which is considered large. I expressed dissatisfaction and have an email where they do agree the photos are blurry. I have asked for a refund several times but have been denied a refund and instead offered a larger size 16 x 20 replacement if I pay the shipping costs for them to ship it to me. Per their response, the pictures will be clear on 16 x 20. This is unacceptable. This was a gift for a dear friend. I do not want to give her a size 16 x 20 canvas. Why am I being forced to order a large size product? That’s not what I want. I spent almost $100 dollars trusting this company when I should have used a more well known reputable company to provide the service needed.

The picture was a perfect gift for my grandson and grand daughter in law. My granddaughter in law was in tears when she opened the package. She said the quality was wonderful.

Such a positive experience overall! My photo project was so easy to make using their website and it came out absolutely perfect! Shipping time was much faster than expected and the item arrived packaged perfectly. So excited to give the gift to a close friend. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Horrible. Took over a month to receive and refused to cancel the order. Plaque is not even that nice and definitely not worth the cost or the delayed receipt of item. Will NEVER order from this company again and I would not recommend.

I complained about how long my order was taking to even ship out. Then it was in transit for weeks. I kept complaining they offered me a discount off my next order I said after this terrible experience I won’t order from you again discount my current order since it didn’t get there on Valentine’s Day I ordered cake & flowers which cost me 75. Be a ur de this order didn’t arrive. Never heard back.
