The wrong product was delivered. No responsibility taken and the audacity to leave me with the product as a courtesy!! I do not want it!!
Horrific customer service.
Full refund not provided.

The items I ordered didn't quite match what I wanted colour-wise. I requested a return label to send them back for a refund. I was offered a discount. I refused. I was offered a bigger discount. I refused because I didn't want or need the product, as it was never going to be used. I just wanted a full refund, which I finally got. Customer service was prompt in communication and helpful and apologetic. But if I'd been offered the full refund from the start, it would have saved time and effort for all concerned. I would use them again, as there was no criticism of their customer service.

I ordered via Debenhams and received my TV Cabinet just a few days after ordering. Unfortunately my item has arrived slightly damaged and with a missing part. However, Holly from customer service has been great help in resolving the issue.

Purchased a couple of planters but ended up wanting to return them. Process was easy and Holly and the team were very helpful

I found my experience great, especially the quick and appropriate response from Berkfield 's customers service. Their team replied in minutes, on Sunday morning, when the most of customers' services usually closed. My order was delivered promptly, unfortunately, it didn't fit to my purchase, and I had to return it back. The refund was issued on the same day as soon as I contacted their customer service, to my full satisfaction.

The lady Holly that was dealing with return of goods and full refund,done an excellent job.Had no problem at all and she handled it with professionalism and care.

Unfortunately I needed to return some goods as they weren’t as I’d expected from the image I’d seen on line. However, the customer service representative was very helpful, courteous and prompt in her responses. We reached an agreement and I accepted partial refund whilst keeping the goods, which worked well for me as I can find another use for the items bought and saved the hassle of returning them.

The quality of the goods I bought is awful. Two of the items were damaged. One had a scratch mark in a prominent place and the other had a broken piece resulting in being unable to build. I am waiting for another two items to be delivered and am not confident that they will be in perfect condition. The three items built so far do not justify the unrealistic elevated price shown before they were ‘heavily discounted’ in the Debenhams sale. I thought anything sold via Debenhams website would be of a high quality but these furniture items have proved me wrong. I have given 2 stars because the customer service team responded quickly and resolution was reached for the damages goods.

Holly, Customer Services Co-ordinator was very prompt and efficient when dealing with my request for a refund via email. We were able to reach an amicable solution regarding the items ordered and I am now keeping the items rather than returning them. The communication between myself and Holly was friendly, constructive and I am extremely happy with the service provided.
