I bought an item that was no longer fit for purpose and I emailed Berkfield for a return's label and a refund.

I sent a picture of the unopened package and it took 4 (increasingly terse emails) for them to action my request.

I was offered a 25% refund, then a 50% refund - all I wanted was a stress free return.

It has finally been given, without the need to return the item. It was this that has softened the needlessly difficult process of the return.

I'm giving 4 stars because the company has very good communication, the quality of their products means more to them than just profit.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the products we purchased from them. However, they were quick to respond, offered solutions and were more than fair on reaching an outcome.
I would recommend the company and their products.

Can’t fault Customer service they got back to me each time within 24hours and the issue has been resolved.

Where do I start!
Customer service non existent, I ordered a robot mower garage which has gone missing
Never delivered.
Trying to contact berkfield home is impossible. I ordered an alternative from amazon got it the next day.
Would I order off Berkfield home in the future ( definitely not)
Guys think twice about ordering off this so called company.
If they continue to treat their customers like they treated me, they will not be around for long that’s for sure !!

Holly does not answer emails , they are just a wish wash company now having to take court action

We had a delivery of garden chairs but weren't keen on the quality. We contacted Berkfield Home and Holly has done everything in her power to sort the issue. Excellent customer service!

Customer service has been brilliant, swift and understanding throughout.

I would highly recommend this company and will be purchasing of them again in the future

Have purchased several items and been very happy with the quality and value of the products. The only time there was a problem with the item, the support from Holly was excellent and she resolved the problem quickly. I was very happy with the outcome.
