Some excellent interactions with Eni and Melissa at Berry Chiswick as I look to purchase a new M3. Eni very attentive and efficient - some great advice on spec and colour. Also helped with a servicing issue on my current car which went above and beyond. 2nd car bought from Berry and only good things to say about the experience.

I got a car on finance from these guys a blue Vauxhall cross lands ya19jjl it has head gasket issues the company ignored my concerns for months left me with a car in for for purpose 5 months later and having now lost my job due to the car having to be sent back several times refusing rejection .
I have since managed to get them to take the car back having had to get the ombudsman involved but I am yet to revive my refund from them

I’ve now returned to Berry BMW
Chiswick for the fifth time to purchase a new car, which really says a lot about the experience they provide. What stands out most is how the team recognises and appreciates my loyalty, and in return they’ve consistently offered fair prices and helpful discounts that make it easier to manage my budget and deposits.

Amazing service from the whole team especially Sammee and Eni, who have both gone above and beyond to make sure our requests and queries are all dealt with in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service and worth buying new BMW

I got my bmw m4 competition serviced and a MOT. I called other dealers however BMW berry Chiswick pricing was competitive. Katherine was my service advisor and she dealt with me professionally and got my car serviced with MOT within the timeframe indicated. I will definitely return. Kind regards adil

Purchased a hybrid X3 in May 2024 and was satisfied with the service. Just had my "annual review" trying to persuade me to change the car. Its a nice car but has only done 2000 miles in 12 months - the offer was 34% lower than I paid. this is horrendous depreciation on such a low mileage car. I was told that this was because a new model was introduced shortly after I bought mine. No one told me that at the time! To add insult to injury, they even made me pay for a connector lead so that I could charge my car at home! What a rip off.

Friendly, helpful & very professional in helping me to choose the right vehicle.I have used a number of BMW dealerships in the past but I found Berry better overall.
