An engineer called Jordan came to do an annual check for me today and I have to say he was so polite, helpful, he arrived on time and explained everything he was doing he did an amazing job...Thank you

Paul was very polite and explained what he was doing I had a problem with one my sockets in kichen he explained this to me and fixed the problem nice young man

I've given 5 stars down to the friendliness/politeness of our Engineer Jack. Came this morning to do our annual check. Fixed our lights for us straight away. Wore his carpet protectors, couldn't fault him on anything. Quality bloke!

The engineer arrived within the scheduled timeframe.
Work was completed with the minimum of fuss.
He gave sufficient notice before switching the power off.
Tidied away all rubbish before leaving.

Engineer Jack - 443818 arrived at my property, he had a mask and shoe covers at the ready, he introduced himself, and immediately started work on checking the electric he made very little noise, and any mess made, he popper out for supplies and came straight back quicker the what he said he would be great service Jack thank you.
