BESPOKE FRONT DOOR Reviews

We had the new front door to our Victorian house from Bespoke. Doug and his team have been professional and superbly helpful throughout. I’d highly recommend Bespoke.

Great local company that provide hand crafted doors from Accoya. Worked seamlessly with our builders - our builders were v impressed and will be recommending them to other clients. So many people asking where we got the door from as looks so great. V pleased.

I recently had a front door (with an electric door release) and stone step installed by Doug and his team. It was a tricky project - rot, crumbling brickwork under the door, nothing at right angles, old wires, freezing temperatures and 5 freeholders changing their minds.

Throughout the whole process, Doug and his team were patient, gave great recommendations and were transparent with costs. They delivered a brilliantly installed and finished product which compliments the victorian style converted house. The attention to customer service is further evidenced when Doug called personally to check that we were fully satisfied with the product, even after we signed off.

Local business, fair pricing, great product and outstanding service. Highly recommend everyone to use this team.

Super happy with our new front and inside door. Great communications from start to finish and the installation was done in 2 days. Amazing craftsmanship and the doors have transformed our living space as we have natural light.

After much shopping around for an authentic period door we stumbled upon Bespoke Front Door and haven't looked back! From the first introduction John, an expert with years of experience, provided a personable and enjoyable design planning session with no hard upsell. Doug was intrinsically involved in the co-ordination and logistics, a seamless and patient approach to a very detailed process. We loved working with each of the craftsman involved, who have been so integral in creating a truly stunning door. They have a well bonded and inspired team which really shows and lovely to see.

The door has been transformative in our home, renovating a property is hellish but this has made us feel finally at home! Thank you Bespoke Door!

We have been absolutely delighted with the service from Bespoke Front Door, and the final product is excellent. From start to finish Doug and the team have been responsive, punctual, and customer focused. Our new door is exactly what we were hoping for and I'm very pleased to recommend their services.

Could not be happier with our beautiful new door. It is absolute perfection!
The whole team at Bespoke Front door were fab and super friendly, helpful from start to finish.

We had a brilliant experience with bespoke doors from start to finish and we are extremely happy with the end result! Would highly recommend.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. We are extremely happy with our new door and beautiful leaded glass fan light. It really has changed the whole appearance of the house. Big thanks to Doug and the whole team.

Highly recommend. From the outset John was one of the few that did not try to upsell - he was honest and answered all of my questions. Doug was patient and incredibly helpful finalising the design and organising the fitting. The fitters and the decorator were polite, tidy, and they all clearly are proud of what they do. The door itself is beautiful, really good quality. We couldn't be happier.

Bespoke Front Door were fantastic from start to finish. Extremely patient, thorough in explaining the options and have a great eye for detail. Our new door not only looks amazing but has increased our security, is in keeping with the style of the house as well as keeping the hallway a lot warmer. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and took a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend using them.

Highly recommended company if you want a new front door/frame made to your own specifications for glazing, colour and security. We are very pleased with the quality of the door which has improved both our hallway and the external appearance of our house.
The purchase was straightforward with Doug providing a detailed quotation and estimated delivery date. The installation carpenters and painter did an excellent job and made sure the finished product was perfect.

We had a great experience with Bespoke front door. We were initially looking at an off-the-shelf door elsewhere, however we were then recommended this company by a neighbour. Yes it’s more expensive as a bespoke option and we did debate for a while about the extra expense, however we’re really glad we paid the difference as the finished result is great and the customer service was brilliant. Doug spent time explaining the different options and offering advice which was really helpful and the whole process was stress free. They were also understanding and flexible when our builders caused many frustrating delays and I would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a new front door locally.

Very professional and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough about this company - reasonably priced, relatively short lead times, courteous and the door they supplied is absolutely stunning.

From survey to completion the complete process was seamless. I needed to replace a Victorian front door with as true a copy of the original as possible. The new door is indistinguishable from the original with all of the same detailing. Fitting into existing frame and replacement of door and fanlight without problem, and the finished product is really very good. All the people involved in the process were polite and very professional and did a good job

I would highly recommend this company. The whole process from measuring up to the finishing touches being completed earlier this week was hassle free and professional. It's been a pleasure doing business with them. Many thanks to everyone.

Doug and John, along with their team, have excelled themselves in the quality of how this job has been managed and performed. From the outset, we asked them to imitate the unusual door we had, and the reproduction was bespoke to the very last detail. In order to produce the quote to a meticulous level of detail, we had a number of visits from John who was incredibly patient and superbly knowledgeable. This was followed by the installation that was performed in a very professional manner. Each and every concern and matter was listened to, and a solution was found without compromise if and when possible. Further, Bespoke Front Door went out of their way to make sure that the door was fitted exactly to our specifications. To provide an example of this, we initially specified the door knob to be placed above the knocker, but once installed, it was clear to us that this did not look quite how we had envisaged it to. Subsequently, Doug and his team came to rectify this and place the two items of door furniture the other way round. No fuss and no quibble. We cannot fault Bespoke Front Door at all, particularly with respect to their customer focus on experience and satisfaction, and have no hesitation of recommending them to both friends and family

I talked to many door sales people and John was one of the few that did not try to upsell me on anything; he was honest, efficient, and answered all of my questions. Bespoke Front Door was always responsive to inquiries. And then, my door was installed. It's beautiful, solid, and you can tell it is quality work. The fitters and the finisher were polite, tidy, and they take obvious care and pride in their work. If you are looking for a new front door, I highly recommend Bespoke Front Door.

Front door, side lights and fan light with leaded stained glass. Very pleased indeed with the fit and finish. A high quality job.

The surveyor, installers, painter and others I dealt with at the company were all very courteous and professional. Would recommend.
