BESPOKE FRONT DOOR Reviews

Really impressed with the extremely high quality product, great communication, and professional service.

Doug and team did a great job of making and installing our dream front door. The installation team, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure a great finish. Fantastic attention to detail.

We continue to receive compliments on our door every day!

John, Doug and the whole team made the whole process of replacing my two front doors with a single, beautiful door a joy. I shopped around but the combination of great responsiveness, brilliant design advice and fair price was the best from Bespoke Front Door. Despite an installation that was a bit tricky, the team's positive attitude never wavered. I am delighted to highly recommend the whole team. Thank you for my lovely door!

A new front door is an investment and so you want to ensure you’re in safe hands. BFD ticked all of the boxes for us; local, took pride in their work and delivered exactly as per plan. The finished door is everything we wanted, from the replicated stained glass design, the bright and vibrant colours & door furniture all the way to the solidity and security attached to the new door. Whole heartedly recommend Doug & team.

From design to execution we could not fault BFD. We received meticulous care and their attention to detail was extraordinary. John took our 1930s leaded glass window photo and adapted it to design 2 adjacent windows and 3 matching door panels, which were hand-made by Ian. The result is excellent in quality and the effect is stunning.
We'd like to thank Doug and his whole team of craftsmen, including carpenters, fitters and painters for our fabulous new entrance. We are thrilled with the finished product.

Really great service and helpful people! Not to mention a lovely new front door. Thank you very much

Honestly, could not be happier with the finished product. From the beginning to the end of the job, both Doug, John and the wider team (production, fitters & decorators) were such a pleasure to deal with.

The quality and finishing of the door is to the highest standards and far superior to a number of the other 'premium' door companies out there.

I would happily work with the Bespoke Front Door again and am so happy with the end result. Outstanding.

Fantastic customer service, very responsive, top quality products, fitters were excellent and did a wonderful job. Delighted with our new door and glass window. Can’t praise them enough.

Great service from Doug and the team. Prompt, easy sales and design processes with plenty of helpgul advice. Installers worked around fitting issues and great paintjob that still looks good a 8 months later!

Fantastic. So pleased with our amazing door. Doug and the team were great and made the whole experience a joy. The quality of the product, workmanship, install and finishing is second to none. Highly recommend.

Lovely business, we were guided through the design and selection process, the work was done to a high standard and the carpenters and fitters involved were all very detailed and careful. Thanks to Doug and John for their guidance through the design and delivery process. We have a very solid beautiful new front door.

Great company. Honest, reliable. Produce high quality results. Definitely recommend

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of a beautiful front door. On meeting John for the initial estimate, I knew we had chosen the right company to do the job. His calm, professional manner put me at ease, as a new front door is expensive, but so worth it! The factory paint job was wonderful and Robert and James who fixed the door, Abdi who painted and cleaned it and the surround and Johnathan who sorted the lock, all took great pride in their work and were tidy and polite - true, brilliant craftsmen! The attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish is what first comes to mind with Bespoke Front Door. The initial lengthly telecon is for a purpose, it is to establish the customer’s needs and wants, so it’s helpful (but not essential) if you have a rough idea of what you desire as there are a plethora of options to choose from. Doug, Claudio, Robertas all have a wealth of experience in bespoke hard word ‘fixtures’ and doors so a sound knowledge to their catalogue of products and choices coupled with it, the door furniture and subscription to the finest security options is exemplary.

We needed to replace our century-old front door and fanlight but wanted to retain its leaded glass and overall character. The team at Bespoke Front Door did a superb job and we couldn't be happier with the result. Excellent service throughout. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Thrilled with new door ordered from bespoke door company. Installation was great and the door looks fantastic following the finishing off visit made by the decorator who was a real perfectionist . Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great service, reliable, punctual and well priced. A year after installation and the door still looks as good as it did when installed.

Our experience with Bespoke Front Door was extremely positive. Doug and his team were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We are thrilled with our new door which looks amazing and is finished to a very high standard.

We are so thrilled with our new front door from Bespoke Front Door. I felt they really responded to our design and budget requests - the communication was excellent. They took extra care with the fitting and the finish is exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend them.

Bespoke Front Door are a terrific company who produce and install high quality front doors. As you can read elsewhere, their product is excellent, but what truly differentiates them from the completion is that they put the customer first and genuinely go the extra mile to deliver. This is enabled by the way in which Doug looks after his team and ensures they are happy and not overwhelmed. A top team.

We are super happy with our new front door with sidelights and wooden bifold patio doors. Doug from the office was responsive and helpful from day one and their surveyors/installers (Abde, Thomas, Rob, and Jonathan) took great care with painting, adjusting and fitting to ensure the doors were just right. Highly recommend them — they were a pleasure to deal with!
