If I could give them no stars I would.
Placed an order for a custom sized splash back, nothing complex just a rectangle to go on the wall behind the hob. Ordered on the 19th July 2026, expecting the splash back in 10 days as stated. 12th August, I am still waiting. Emailed them no response. Attempted to call them, no answer, it took two further attempts before I got through. I was then put on hold for around three minutes before being told the system was down and they would email as soon as it was working. Needless to say I never received an email. Phoned again and was put on hold again. Then I was told there was a delay with the company that toughened the glass. It would be back next week. A priority would be put on my order. Over a week later and I have heard nothing and not received the splash back.
Poor communication and customer service. Steer clear there are many other providers of glass products, this is one I would not recommend.

Waited weeks for simple product to be sent then courier company failed to deliver 2 days in a row before breaking it. Awful from start to finish. Find another option.

I provided a high resolution image for a custom splash back & what I received is something I’d expect if I ordered it from Temu, the image on splash back is all blurry & mashed up colours, avoid this company at all costs they are a shambles

I searched UK websites for a good and reasonably priced product. I wanted a personalised backsplash with my nan's photo. So I chose Bespoke Glass Products. It was the best decision I made. My backsplash was delivered today. I cannot express how happy I was when I opened up the packaging. It was PERFECT. Flawless! Communication was spectacular, the item was very reasonably priced and it was delivered very quickly. I just wish I had more need for other bespoke glass products around my home. THANK YOU for a job well done!

Order No 08083 deliverd my splashback and cutting board on the date promised and the product is absolutely fantastic top top product I would not hesitate in rcomending this company to anyone 😀 👍

Ordered a window for our pond, had an email to say thanks for your order and that it would take 10-15working days in production. It took 25 working days. I emailed the company, no reply. I rang them and someone was meant to ring me back and never did so I had to chase them again. Their communication skills are shocking, they don’t give you any updates on your product you’ve ordered at all. I got told on the phone that it would be dispatched Thursday 25th June and would be delivered Friday 26th. I had a phone call today at 8am on 25th of June to say it was being delivered at 10am. The glass Itself is fine thankfully and luckily the guy who delivered it was lovely and waited for my husband to come from work to get it off the truck as obviously we weren’t excepting it today. I had no email saying it had been dispatched, no email to say when it was being delivered just a phone call from the guy who was delivering it! So if you want to be kept in the loop with your order and have good communication with a company and want to get your order on time don’t order from these guys! & they say kurbside delivery but you need at least two people to lift it off the truck yourself!

Ordered a Highland Cow oven splashback and was nervous about how well this company would perform. I needn't have worried. An email I sent checking the measurements was answered promptly with an assurance it was in production. The splashback arrived 6 days after I ordered it, well packed, by a polite delivery guy. The glue I bought with it did the job and it looks fabulous. No complaints. Great company.

21 days in and still no glass . I think this site a a fraudulent site. I will be using a charge back to get my money back hopefully . Please don’t fall into the same trap as myself. I wouldn’t want anyone else to suffer any loss like I have. Live and learn I suppose …

Lead time was 10 working days fine 15 days in and no sign and they say in production ,small piece of glass with holes and painted ,am just unlucky ??

Not going to lie they were not the best at responding to emails and the time frame of delivery was not great, but when I called and spoke to Ross he could not be more helpful even helping me with getting one picture over 3 pieces of glass, the product it self is fantastic and great value for money I would deffo use them again, ordered back in September only just leaving the review as its only just been fitted due to delays my end

Absolutely amazing company. Contacted me to ensue i was happy with the design and glad they did as it needed more pictures on the glass.

The courier lost my initial order, and then the courier smashed the replacement in transit. But when I went to flag this second attempt BespokeGlassProducts had already begun to make a 3rd replacement, ensuring to make it DX proof for its 3rd attempt.

The delays were very frustrating, but the company made it as smooth as they possibly could!

Safe to say the finished splashback looks great in my kitchen!

Waited around 2 months for my glass splash back, delivery company smashed it, only discovered this after chasing it myself, new one ordered and promised before Christmas, it didn't arrive, had to chase then about if as they were off until Jan 5th, eventually gave up waiting and got through asking for a refund. This was issued straight away but there was no apology, just the phone put down quite abruptly. 4 months they had the money for and i had now product at the end of it!

They attempted to deliver the first splashback I ordered outside our specified timeframe and it was broken by the courier whilst being stored. A replacement was arranged without quibble but this had several imperfections ie raised pimples and tape marking on painted surface showing through glass. I sent an email and photos to the company but have had no response.

Really disappointed with the image quality / clarity - if providing an image that is likely to get blown up for a splash then I would have expected an image with a much higher resolution to be used so it retains its clarity - the image on ours is 90% blurry and just a ‘mash’ of colours - shame as the image online looks great :(

Poor communication and quality of product, especially for a £3k+ order. No response from damage pictures sent. No urgency. Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

If only all services were as exceptional as Bespoke Glass Products. I had a customised very large splashback made for an Outdoor Kitchen. It is such a statement piece. I couldn't be happier. Bespoke Glass was cheaper than competitors. The quality of the splashback design is amazing and surpassed expectation. As it was a customised design I was in touch several times to confirm resolution, dimensions and screw placements. It was wonderful speaking to an individual and getting outstanding customer care. The communication was excellent. The delivery absolutely seamless and the communication, updates and tracking from the delivery company were superlative.
