I ordered a small white splash back, the glass was only £52.00, which I thought was reasonable until they add the shipping on at the cost of £260. I had selected standard shipping, I could understand if the glass was 6mx3.5m & not 60cmx34cm

There is no refund policy, so I immediately contacted them to say that I couldn’t afford to spend that much on shipping. Having spoken to them directly on the Monday(I placed order Friday afternoon) they offered a partial shipping refund of £186.00,which I felt was fair, but I’m still waiting on the glasss after 10 days. I was told that the glass had already been cut when they refused the refund, they were clearly trying it on.

This is the second time I have used them for a custom made shower screen. The delivery seemed to come really quickly. Unfortunately when I came to fit the glass a week later it had some marks on it that I hadn’t spotted until fitting. After sending some pictures they didn’t hesitate to offer me a new screen which again came out very promptly and this one was perfect. Thanks guys 👌

I ordered a large shower screen and fixing kit on 5th June. The lead time stated 10-15 working days.

The fixing kit was delivered promptly - great! I didn't hear anything further and on working day #14, I emailed.

I really need the shower screen now, so after no response to my email after 2 days, I phoned. Was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told my shower screen had been made twice and 'chipped or broken or smashed' both times.

I was told a new one was being made and would 'hopefully' be with me this time next week 'if it doesn't smash again'!

I asked to be kept updated, and was told the guy put a note on his desk and he'll call me next week 'if he remembers'.

Note their delivery info says I'll be responsible for unloading the shower screen myself on delivery, which could take place any time 8am-7pm. Trying to organise someone to be here with me all day without even having a firm delivery date is...not possible?

After a 12 month renovation project I could really do without this delay and inconvenience...I'm not impressed.

Update: It's now been a week since my first call to The Glass Warehouse. No communication from the company since.

I phoned and spoke to another (much more professional) person. My shower screen has apparently been made but not yet toughened. It's now been 20 working days since I ordered. Frustrating experience.

I’ve used Glass Warehouse many times as my glass supplier, and they have always been brilliant. They manufacture glass, mirrors, and custom pieces exactly to the measurements I provide, and their kerbside delivery anywhere in the UK is reliable and on time.

Most recently, they helped save my client a fortune by producing the exact sliding‑door glass section I needed, avoiding a full remake. Here is the photo of the glass door — they only supplied the sliding section, and you genuinely can’t tell the difference.

Great price and a great product made quickly ,it was exactly what I was looking for and cheaper to have it made and delivered by these guys than it was to have it made locally and collect it myself, how does that work 🤷‍♂️

Great experience from start to finish. I needed custom glass shower doors and they were made and delivered in under a week. Sean, with whom I was emailing, was incredibly helpful and really quick to reply. Would definitely work with these guys again.

Ease of website use, advance warning of exact delivery date. Deliverers was courteous.
Received a follow up call to see if I was happy with my order and delivery thought this was a very nice customer service us point.

Overall very pleased with my order which was 10mm toughened glass for fish jump guards around my koi pond. The website made ordering easy with good options. The clarity of the low iron glass is great. A few areas that could be improved. Better communication after the order, especially around delivery - I just got an email one afternoon saying it would be delivered between 7 and 2 the next day. Lucky that wasn’t a problem. Also 2 corners of one pane were not fully radiused. I put that pane in a more discrete position so that I didn’t have to go through the pain of a redo. Overall the look (and safety) of my pond is greatly enhanced.

Quick and simple review.
Placed an order for four glass shelves and brackets on Monday, received confirmation of delivery on Wednesday and they were delivered 07.00 on the Thursday.
I really cannot fault any service they quick considering they are a custom size and tempered.
Delivery driver was a nice guy as well.

Placed and paid for my order but having realised immediately I had given the wrong sizes I sent a message on their website contact form. Heard nothing for three days and when contacted they said they hadn’t recieved it and that the glass had already been cut. The message was sent within 5 mins of placing the order so clearly, either the website doesn’t work or they ignored the message. Either way they offered me a pathetic discount if i reordered the correct size which I did not take up. Id rather whistle than give then another penny.
And their claim of fast delivery is a nonsense as I ordered a week ago and still nothing has arrived despite their extortionate delivery prices.
There are plenty of other reputable glass companies so my advice is click past these and on to the next

Really happy with this glass table top. It arrived well packaged and was exactly what I was looking for. The quality is great, it fits perfectly, and it has made my table look much better. Good value for money and I'd definitely buy from this seller again.

Even adding the courier cost,who were great I might add it was still £30 cheaper than buying from a company I can see the roof of from my lounge window. Very quick, quality job

The glass shelves were delivered promptly and as ordered. The wall fittings were undersized. Even though the company claimed the fittings were rated to 45kg, they could not keep the shelf horizontal when loaded and sagged alarmingly. I had to buy larger fittings from an alternative supplier.
