Ordered a piece of glass made to measure estimate of delivery date been and gone can’t comment on glass not received , but won’t order from here again takes too long I should have gone elsewhere m and customer service response poor #6-33911-TGW order number

Contacted this company for a quote for a bespoke piece of glass to protect our dining table. Helen was extremely quick to respond and so helpful to ensure our needs were met at an affordable price. Order came very quickly and it's perfect!

Our only problem was it didn't arrive on the initial day it was due (delivery was from 7am - 2pm) and we had made arrangements (and waited in) for family to drive over to take collection, only to be told at 10:45 it wasnt loaded due to a quality control issue (having waited almost 4 hours). A replacement was made and we were advised by the end of that same day that delivery would take place on the next working day..which it was.

Overall, a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Much more affordable then many glass companies with no compromise in quality - many thanks!

I'd like to give praise to The Glass Warehouse, not just for the great product I received, but for their excellent customer service too. Also, the guy who delivered, was real nice and friendly, and offered to carry the large mirrored splashback to exactly where I wanted it, makes a difference. A very pleasant and positive experience overall. Well done 👏

Hands down the worst customer service i have delt with in quite some time. I am a contractor and was excited to see the concept of being able to order and install these glass shower doors myself. you cannot buy straight through them so i was on houzz when i ordered. i got out my laser, did all my calculations with the little instructions they give you. i deducted the gaps they said to leave between door and panel as well as the panels and tile wall. came out to 46.25 would be perfect. so i order. As well as indicating on shipping that i want no signature required so i didnt have to take a day off work to recieve. next thing i get a notice it has shipped. next i get a text from a shipping company that it will come on this day and i need to be home between 6 am and 9 pm at night to recieve. 15 hour window!!! Nah! shows up, they leave it anyways. then i go to install. total of panel and glass door is 45.75. huh? email customer service at glasswarehouse.com. You sent wrong size door. response " no, you ordered wrong" so we establish that customer is always wrong at glass warehouse. Nowhere on Houz does it say if you order a 46.25 door we are just going to make up our own number and down size for you. Nowhere!!!! Responses where all rude and "you are wrong we are right and you need to buy another door. You cant buy from us, but you can order from someone else and we are not responsible for anything. Dont waste your time, order from a company that cares about customer service and the people it takes money from. Sad, great idea, horrible business people.

Such a great company to deal with. Helen went above and beyond to help solve a problem that came from our end "and" she made a really careful double check on technical issue relating to a custom piece. Love it when an online company shows it also has a great team behind the scenes who really care about their customers.

I purchased what I thought was a Bespoke bath screen. The glass arrived with zero parts. I then had to get back in contact at least 5 times after the initial purchase, because they sent out the brackets with nothing to assemble it with and the bracket needed to be cut to size. I had to find somewhere to cut the brackets to size after spending a few weeks and visiting at least 5 different places which ended up costing me further. I finally found somwhere, when I asked The Glass Warehouse Manager he kept saying its your awful Plumber or dont you have a Jigsaw you can use, lol, oh yes, I just so happen to keep one in my back pocket? I am not a plumber, I am a disabled lady, furthermore, they insulted my choice of plumber who had a very difficult time acquiring the stainless steel screws and caps that should have come with the bracket, when you purchase a bath screen from places like B&Q they provide everything, but not this company. After the difficult time I had trying to get any sort of help with this dillema, one of their Sales Directors was grossly inappropriate towards me when I asked for some sort of compensation. According to them, this was a new product that they had only been selling for about a month, and many times throughout this process they kept passing me to the manufacturer, which I had called at least 3 times for assistance, and they kept passing me back to The Glass Warehouse with zero information. So to top it all off, I had experienced terrible Customer Service, and am left with a screen that is not ideal, was missing parts, and basically make shifted together. I have not been extended an apology for the way I was treated nor have I had any for of compensation either. I would avoid this company, the only thing that is bespoke is the size of the glass. The product was a 1500x700 600mm glass with aluminium parts with rubber that sits underneath that was 100 times longer than the Bespoke Glass. I had spent over a thousand pounds tiling my bathroom and the plumber had already drilled into the tiles to mount the bracket so at that point it was too late to return the screen for a full refund as it would have left huge holes in my new tiles and that was the only option offered to me. I will never purchase another product from here and save yourself the hassle be advised. Not only that but they have since added the missing information to their site and emailed me stating that it was discussed with me at time of purchase, which was a bold faced lie, and I have at least 3 people in my family who will back me up on this.

Without doubt, Ghazal Mubaied. I cannot imagine this company suceeding without her wholehearted commitment to helping customers. On top of this, great product, professionally expedited and delivered. On delivery lead times, these are not always to my liking but we are in the deep southwest of UK and it always takes longer to organise these trips. C'est la vie as they say in Cornwall. Thanks again, this is my second big order and I can't imagine going anywhere else for well priced glass.

What a great company to work with. I ordered some glass online for delivery to the Dalrachney Lodge in the Scottish Highlands. I called the sales team to discuss my order, the sales rep was very well informed and able to identify my order in seconds. My order was delivered just 3 days later. Unbelievably good service. The way that most companies and employees that work for those companies behave these days, it's easy to believe that great customer service is dead.
Glasswear House is such a refreshing difference! Not only do they have great, and I mean GREAT customer service but they have nice cheerful people that are very good at getting you anything that you need in a prompt fashion.
When one is doing a remodel there are all kinds of issues that come up and the last thing in the world you need is a shower door company taking a long time to give you the proper hardware. There was a mistake on the finish of the hardware and I called up and Carly jumped right on it and got it out the same day within minutes of my call. The hardware is being shipped Express to me overnight.
It's impossible for me to have received better customer service. I'm going to use this company for all of the remodel projects that I do. I simply cannot see any reason to do business with anybody else.

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID! Extremely poor service from this company.
Poor customer service, this company try’s to find loop holes to avoid issuing a refund. I have been waiting for a refund for the products I returned for over a month. In a COST OF LIVING CRISIS!!!!!

I had ordered 1800mm x 900mm x 6mm Low Iron E Tough

I received the order today and label on order has correct size (same as above).

But the glass measures 1800mm x 830mm x 6mm

I will update this review and adjust my rating depending on how they handle this situation

Then sent another glass order with correct dimensions without any fuss and and collected the incorrect one.

Mistakes will happen and the real test for a company is how they handle mistakes. In this case this company were great at handling this situation, hence the 4 stars.

Seemed to be an easy ordering process for a small glass shelf. Did webchat and they don’t sell wall fixings so just ordered the small shelf - cost just £5.45 including vat, ideal.
System then said minimum order £30 so increased price to £30. Went to place order and it said standard shipping £48 so total £78.

Amazing customer service from Michael. Knew exactly what I required and advised where necessary. Was an easy process from start to finish with delivery on time. High quality product at a competitive price. Would highly recommend.

I ordered 2 pieces of glass for the shower in our new bathroom, Ghazal Mubaied was very helpful. She again helped with a third piece because our plumber didn't give me details re sizing, the third piece we received very quickly so that we could complete the bathroom.

Small order for a glass shelf dealt with promptly without any fuss, was ready when promised , excellent service from a company with great staff what more can one want in this day and age.

I was promised delivery on 17th November and then promised another delivery date a week later, no one turned up, no warning no apology. Same thing again and then AGAIN!! Now awaiting a fifth delivery date and have rearrranged tradesmen to be on site AGAIN. I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I still haven’t received it, 3 weeks after it was promised. I can comment on the delivery, absolutely appalling. Find a different supplier!

I used The Glass Warehouse to purchase a splashback for my range. The process on the website is super easy, you just add your measurements and select the colour. Amazingly they also colour match, for me, I asked them to match with a specific Dulux paint we have in our Kitchen. As others have said, the delivery charge is high, but it did arrive safely.

Very happy with the result. We had some challenges during manufacture and finishing, but my account manager kept me fully updated at all stages. Highly recommended.
