I first rang the company for advice on the thickness of toughened glass that I required. My enquiry was dealt with easily and I was advised on a delivery date. I put the order on the online website and that was straightforward.
The delivery was made on the date and in the timeframe advised
The two pieces of glass were well packaged and the edges neatly ground so no sharp edges etc. size was spot on and price very competitive

Absolutely 5 ⭐️ s for the Glass Warehouse. I was worried about the measurements as the glass we wanted would go around several plug sockets etc. so I gave them a call, a wonderful chap helped me. I emailed him photos and he advised on the measurements. Sent me an invoice which I paid and he submitted the order.
Really helped the process and the nerves of ordering online when you’re not sure exactly what you need.
Also really helpful if you have a problem too.

From the first point of contact Ms Ghazal was very helpful, professional and to the point with the information. Her communication by phone and email was prompt. The glass quality and finish is of a very high standard. The delivery driver was also good and our order was delivered on time as promised. I would like to thank Ghazal for her first class service.

I enquired about ordering 2 identical pieces of glass for bathroom splash backs and requested they be colour matched to a specific Farrow and Ball paint.
The whole process was very easy and communications were responded to very promptly by Ghazal Mubaied.
The glass and adhesive arrived in good time for the bathroom refits and were beautifully and securely packaged.
I shall be ordering another splash back for the kitchen and would recommend Express Glass Warehouse for their professional service and product.

Ordered 2 pieces of glass made to size, one was perfect, the other was well out of square and looked like an after thought.
Id also paid for adhesive which never arrived with the order. Upon contacting them i was told i would receive the adhesive next day which i did, however i have never received the replacement piece, that almost a month now.
I have sent them an email this morning for an update on the replacement, and have been told it was delivered on the 19/08, all i received was the adhesive.
So from the get go, poor workmanship and poor customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Delivery date not met and excuse after excuse for four working days to tell me the same " we don't know try tomorrow".
Shame really, I was hoping for a reoccurring working relationship.
My one Star is not a reference to delivery time frames mainly. It's in reference to the professional fob off.

I have recently purchased and received a glass splash back for a kitchen I am working on and would like to take the opportunity of providing some feedback on your service.

I chose Express Glass mainly due to the ease of using your website and found, without the usual frustrations(!), that I could obtain a budget price for discussion with my client before proceeding. I have to admit that I did look at other suppliers but their sites were surprisingly less easy to use....

As the glass was to be painted in a non standard colour I contacted your office and spoke to Ryan who could have not been more helpful. He talked me through the process and anticipated timelines and, happy to proceed, I posted a colour swatch for matching. Ryan then contacted me giving advice on tolerances and quote.

Ryan was an absolute pleasure to deal with as he is friendly and professional. He sent me update emails which helped enormously with coordinating follow on trades. He really is a credit to your business and I am sure is a valued member of the team.

I have managed building contracts for more years than I can remember and wish that all suppliers had the same ethos and 'can do' attitude that Express Glass possess!!

There is no doubt that I will be purchasing from you again and hope that your business goes from strength to strength.

This company, particularly Helen in the Customer service interests, are a brilliant company to deal with. An easy to negotiate website, someone to answer queries along the way and seemingly a great product (we've yet to fit ours). The glass was received on time, pleasant glass delivery guy, and hopefully will be a straightforward fit following instructions. Would Def recommended and use again

Looked at numerous web site to buy 1 metre x 1 metre mirror and glass to go in a picture frame. Became some what mesmerised by all the technical glass decisions to make. I finally got in touch with Ghazal Mubaied in sales and suddenly it all got easy. She helped me get the right technical quote and remained very price competitive. If only more sales people were so talented, customer friendly, and super fast at responding - I was suitably impressed with the level of service give - so well done Ghazal Mubaied.

Easy to use web site and online ordering. Prompt delivery careful package and great glass product.

Glass was reasonably priced and sales assistant was very helpful. Only negative was they left it on my front lawn and didn’t ring my doorbell.
I had informed them that I would be in.

I had a complex shape and very high tolerances. I sent in an aluminium template with instructions to reduce by 2mm from each side. Perfect result with the glass received within 1 week of order.

Ignores emails and is not really interested on a phone call.

Excellent service to create approx 10m of bespoke glass splashback using an image we supplied and they carefully proofed the artwork to ensure continuity. Great customer service at all time, units safely delivered and would not hesitate to recommend to others!
