Absolute scam!!!
Absolute scam! my order came to £15.28 inc VAT, but they tried to scm me with a last minute addition of £65 delivery for a small piece of glass. Total rip off! Breakdown below of my order:

Hi Brett, Yes we do change a shipping fee which we are very transparent about. We even have a note on our online shop in bright red at the bottom of every page so there is no confusion, 'PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE FRAGILE NATURE OF OUR BESPOKE PRODUCTS, SHIPPING COSTS START FROM £55.00'. We also have another note in bright red on the basket page 'Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode and county.'
As we are the manufacturer our customers normally order large quantities, which is why our product prices are so competitive. We offer a slightly lower shipping rate to local regions, however for deliveries further afield we employ couriers specifically for transporting fragile goods.
In this instance we would probably not be the right company for your project, we are sorry that we do not have a warehouse closer to you.
bespoke cooker splashback
Order was a bespoke cooker splashback in copper marble. I had lots of questions prior to ordering and all were answered promptly. The item arrived well packaged and within the time frame given. Item is beautiful. Very impressed with the service and quality.

Beware! Curbside delivery only.
The glass tabletop I ordered is of good quality so this rating does not reflect the product itself. I have given 1 star for the delivery process, which was uncoordinated and curbside only. No one ever contacted me to schedule a delivery and then glass was left outside on my porch with no box or way to move it safely inside. This is a safety hazard in my opinion! When I called they said that they only do curbside delivery and that two people could safely lift it. That's great if you have two people handy but I had to hire someone for an additional 30 pounds to get that done. If you ever order from them please be aware that full delivery or proper packaging is not included.

Our drivers are not insured to carry glass into your home or place of business, so please do not ask them to. The drivers do call before arriving, we will need to investigate why on this occasion this did not happen.
