I ordered a replacement shower screen and the process was quick and efficient. The price was competitive and I was kept updated on my delivery date and I’m very happy with the delivered product.

I ordered a large glass table topper, it arrived today by courier and it looks lovely, good quality, I am very pleased with it. Helen kept me updated with progress along the way and answered my queries very quickly. A good product thank you

At the moment, i will give them a star until i received my order which has been a month already of waiting. The ETA is about in 20 days, as i phoned them for updates.i was informed by cuatomer service that my order is in the process of manufacturing amd will take about 2 weeks, plus another 10 days for delivery (?)..they will contact me once they're ready for shipment....2 weeks after i phoned them again, and i was informed that the 2 glass were already manufactured and it will take anothe 10 days for shippment....one month later (which is today) tha i emailes them about what has happend to my orders? Why i have not heard at all about ETA? They replied my email, saying that unfortunately theyr're experiencing problems in manufacturing blah blah blah! So which is which really GalssWarehouse? Why am receiving different information? All i need right now is a definite answer about this!

Ordered on 5th April. No sign of delivery. Have tried to contact via email three times and all have been ignored. Have had no contact from the company regarding shipping/dispatch etc. Only email is a receipt. I have now had to try do a 'charge back' from Bank as its been over one month, no product, no communication. Would not recommend using these at all! Hopefully will actually get my money back!!

So happy with my glass supplied by Express. Service was great and the glass is perfect!

Cannot fault The Glass Warehouse, excellent customer service and perfect glass every time! We required 2 shelves and a replacement for a light fitting and every piece was perfect. Great company, great service 👍🏼

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Helen was super helpful before the order was placed, the price was extremely competitive and when we discovered a large scratch at the time of installation, which was almost 2 months after the delivery, Helen upon contact very kindly reordered the glass for replacement without any problems! Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service!! I tried to move and completely smashed one of the 850mm x 2000mm glass panels I had just received. I emailed in and explained the situation and TGW offered me a replacement panel completely free of charge. Still can’t believe the gesture but it is most welcomed in the current climate! Can’t recommended enough.

Ordered three pieces of clear glass to protect the tops of bedroom furniture. Prices were fantastic for made to order glass and quality is great. Delivery was prompt and on time and the glass was well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

A bit reluctant to order because The Glass Warehouse was pretty much my first Google hit and, furthermore, they were very cheap compared to the competition: I needn't have worried - glass (a 12mm large tabletop) was perfect (less than half the price of some quotes I got), delivered on time, and the driver was extremely helpful and courteous. Office were also helpful with arranging delivery at a suitable time. Would definitely use again!

Ordered a large, unusual sized glass splashback with a custom printed image. Really good communication confirming they understood what I wanted, reasonable turnaround time and arrived really well packaged and in great condition. I love the result, it's perfect!

Ordered a glass splashback, 100x80, featuring a photo of my choice, to go behind the gas range. Looks fabulous! So pleased with it. Production took a week or so longer than expected, but well worth the wait, and the sales staff were efficient and friendly. Overall, 100% positive.

We have been using/working with the Glass Warehouse for a number of years now and genuinely find them a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely efficient and communicate well. As developers we tend to go to 2 or 3 companies for pricing before we place the orders and have always found EGW to come out on top. Would highly recommend these guys!!

Dear All; thank you so much for providing such a great service. The glass shelves were amazing; great pricing, nicely cut & finished & the packing & delivery made the whole thing an exceptional experience. The only complaint I have is that I don't have any more duff old wooden shelves that I could swap out for spanking new glass ones! The've helped upcycle three rather tired looking ikea hemnes display units into something rather more special. Thank you! -ps- A+++++ Glass cutters & would buy again!

I had a few problems with my order of 5 custom mirrors. I've never bought custom made mirrors before and would freely admit I don't know what I'm doing. Consequently, I ended up with 5 mirrors, (delivered promptly by the way), which despite being exactly what I ordered, I could not use. The problem was I ordered safety backing (who wouldn't want safe mirrors?) but that this I learned is incompatible with wanting to use adhesive to fix the mirrors to doors. My bad? Or a bad website?

The 5-star rating is due to what happened next. I dealt with someone in sales called Helen, who it has to be said was exceptional to deal with. Totally professional. Listened. Was helpful and only wanted a good outcome for me. Within 24 hours and after internal discussion, she came back to me and said that they would collect the five mirrors I could not use, remake my order without safety backing and deliver replacements to me. All at zero cost to me!

I couldn't recommend this team more highly. It's very refreshing to find a company where customer satisfaction is so clearly paramount.

Absolutely first class; great advice when I called before ordering and a very competitive price for a toughened, circular glass top. Delivery was friendly and as advertised.
These people are experts and, in my experience, have provided excellent advice and products of excellent quality.
I have NO reservation in recommending them as I have found them to be the best glass company I've used (especially for toughened glass).
