My shutters were installed today by Alan and his assistant. Honestly I couldn't be happier, we only had to change location once for them to do the room we were in. The rest of the time we hardly knew they were there. The finish was perfect in every room. All I can say is wow. Well done guys, even my neighbour was impressed and is seriously considering signing up. I would recommended Bespoke Window Furnishings any time.

Highly professional, fast and effective with transformative results. The blinds looked absolutely fabulous, the measuring up took less than half an hour and install done as soon as the materials were in. Details and measurements diligently verified and fit perfectly.

Chris returned to install hardwood shutters in the front of my house and, once again, did a superb job.
The shutters are excellent quality and have transformed the rooms in which they’ve been fitted.

Alan installed my shutters today and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, his work was flawless. His attention to detail was second to none, everything was fitted perfectly, and he took real pride in his craftsmanship.
Alan was friendly, professional, and respectful of my home throughout the whole process. He worked efficiently, explained things clearly, and left everything spotless once the job was done you wouldn’t even know work had taken place.

After being let down by Dunelm and their sales guy not even bothering to turn up for an arranged booking for shutter blinds. The following day, and completely by chance I stumbled across one of Bespoke Window Furnishing's videos on social media and after a few minutes of watching I knew immediately Bespoke Window Furnishing was the company to provide us a set of shutter blinds for our lounge bay window. I sent an email inquiry and within minutes Alan phoned me back. Alan's telephone manner is polite, friendly and professional. An appointment was arranged and from that a price was agreed, we were explained the blinds take approx 5 weeks to build, and an estimated arrival date was advised. To our amazement the blinds arrived quicker than expected and Alan came within a few days and fitted them. We are really blown away with how they look. The quality is amazing. We will definitely be using Alan and his team again.

I had shutters fitted to my front windows. From initial meeting to fitment Alan and his team did a first class, thorough and professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Alan. Look no further if you want an all round quality job.

Just wanted to say what a great company they are. Alan is great. My blind had broken (string snapped) 3 years after installation and therefore was out of warranty. I called Alan, who not only remembered the job, but said he would come over within the hour!! Transpired I had not been operating the blind correctly, which is why the string broke. Alan repaired the blind on site and it was all back in place within a short time. I got a lesson in how to operate the blind correctly too!! With all of that, Alan didn’t want to take any money from me… I couldn’t believe it!! I forced him to take a little something for repairing the blind for me… I was so appreciative that it was fixed so quickly. Alan is very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone !! Thanks so much!

Chris fitted shutters on our windows and French doors and we couldn’t be happier with how they look. The whole process from order to installation was quick and smooth. Chris was punctual, polite and tidied up as he went, and did an excellent job with the fitting. Happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend.
