Best Badges Ltd Reviews

Fantastic service

We ordered custom magnets from Best Badges for the Coludata Heritage Project, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The ordering process was straightforward, communication was prompt, and the team were very helpful in making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. The finished magnets were of excellent quality, arrived well packaged and on time, and looked even better than we had hoped.

We're extremely pleased with both the product and the service and would happily recommend Best Badges to anyone looking for high-quality promotional items. Thank you to everyone involved.

The badges were well made with lovely designs. They were delivered as promised and packaged well.

600 custom badges across 18 designs for a charity conference — handled brilliantly

We're a small nonprofit and needed 600 custom 32mm button badges across 18 different designs for a three-day conference. We shortlisted six suppliers, and Best Badges won the order on a combination of pricing, flexibility, and responsiveness.

Alice was our main contact throughout and was excellent. Before we committed to the full order, they sent physical samples so we could check quality in hand. We flagged that two of the three samples had a slightly loose pin mechanism on the back — Alice took the feedback on board and the full production run was spot on.

We also had an artwork concern — one of our Adobe Illustrator files was displaying an incorrect colour in Google Drive previews, and we weren't sure if the file itself was faulty. Alice's design team opened both files in Illustrator and confirmed they were rendering correctly, which saved us an unnecessary round-trip back to our designer.

The pricing was fair and transparent — five designs included in the base price, a small per-design surcharge for the additional thirteen, free delivery, and no hidden setup or proofing charges. The badges arrived on time and the print quality was great. They've since been used at two events and distributed to team members in multiple countries.

Would absolutely use Best Badges again and would recommend them to other organisations needing custom badges, especially if you need multiple designs in one order.

An excellent service, really helpful team and a great product.

The badges that I received were so much better than I thought. Richard was always prompt at replying to my emails and it didn't matter how many times I edited our design, Best Badges were always happy to change things for me. Great company and fabulous badges.

As always the support from staff was excellent, the designs were created and signed off quickly and effectively. Delivery was swift, and the pin badges themselves of high quality. This is our fourth year using this company and I can't see us using anyone else!

Always excellent. Prompt responses, proofs always match the final product, which has always been excellent quality. Will always try to work to a deadline when they can. Big thanks also to Lermae for excellent customer service.

Great service. These designs were quickly available for approval and were delivered in time.
Downside - prices (as with everything) have risen making it less financially viable for me.

Daryl was so helpful and produced the badges and delivered them spot on time. The badges were for our Rotary Junior Community Award scheme and are brilliant.
