Absolutely amazing service. Dealt with Charlie he was fair and managed to raise the offer to what I needed. I was honest with the condition with my car and they did not try reduce the offer when they came to pick it up. From beginning to end very simple and stress free. From talking to Charlie to the car being picked up was 5 days. This would of been quicker but I needed to wait for my car to come back from a recall. Would use again.

Hi, I've just sold my car in the most trouble free way imaginable.
I learned about Best Car Buyer from a friend who was in the MOTOR Trade some years ago. When I said I was considering downsizing to one car, she said without any hesitation that I should contact them.
I then contacted Best Car Buyer and was immediately impressed by Ian who accepted my call and who clearly explained the entire process from start to finish and proceeded to ask some questions about my car . Ian asked if I could drop him a few photoghraphs of the car, which I was happy to do. He got back to me shortly afterwards with a strong price which I was happy to accept. Ian then set the wheels in motion to formally appraise my car at my home, (I stay in the countryside in Scotland) and if its condition was as described to complete the sale there and then . He advised me of the day the car would be appraised / collected and assured me that the full agreed sale price would be paid into my bank account immediately following the appraisal and before I handed over the V5 and keys. This was done effortlessly and to my complete satisfaction. I'm now thinking that when it comes to replace our remaining vehicle my first stop will be to speak to Ian as he made the process effortless and without the associated haggling you expect from almost every other car buyer. The sale price was the sale price, free from any unexpected fees you hear about from other buyers. They also contacted DVLA to advise of the transfer and to arrange refund of outstanding Road Tax due To sum up - five star treatment from a five star company. I have no hesitation in recommending Best Car Buyer

Cannot thank Best Car Buyer enough. Sold my Audi A1 22 plate today. The process was so smooth and the customer service was fabulous. I spoke with Charlie in the office who gave me a quote and dealt with all the documentation. He was super efficient and professional but also really friendly. Asked for my car to be collected on a specific date which was organised and a lovely man called Calvin arrived to inspect and collect the car. Calvin’s customer service was exceptional from texting me the night before to tell me when he would arrive to filling up the water in my car. The whole process start to finish was under an hour. He also waited until the money had arrived in my bank. I got about £1000 more than if I had gone with another competitor.

Ignore any negative reviews as these will be people who have not been honest about the condition of their car when asking for a quote. As long as you are honest with them about the condition of the car they will honour their quote.

I had a great experience selling my car with Best Car Buyer. Charlie was very polite and professional and offered a great quote in line with my expectations, in contrast to CarWow, Motorway, WBAC and Auto Trader. Collection process was smooth and I liked the fact that the driver waited until the money was transferred to my account before driving away. It put my mind at ease!

I dealt with Ian High when selling my car. Very good price. Possibly could have got a bit more with auction websites, but Ian was so helpful. He explained how it works superbly. Extremely helpful and answered emails and WhatsApp
messages very quickly. Very quick time frame as well which was ideal. Money as agreed in bank in 10 minutes. No last minute haggles. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling their car

did as he said and kept it simple. The main factor unlike other companies. As long as your 100% honest about your car , the price they offer is the price they pay. So they dont try to knock off money when they turn up. Its a perfect way of doing business . I would always trust them and always recommend them to any of my friends or family .

I just popped in to get a valuation, the young man Charlie was so helpful. He looked around the car and inside. Told us what documents we would need .. A few hours later rang us with a valuation and sent it through email.. two days later my car was sold and cash in bank within half a hour .. lovely helpful polite young man

After giving honest answers to a purchasing advisor of this company, I was given a more sensible price for my vehicle. When I dropped off my vehicle at a local garage, its representative was not critical of the condition of my car. He had a test drive and no question was asked. I was given the agreed price straightaway through bank transfer. A reasonably pleasant transaction.

Not the first time I’ve used BCB and won’t be the last. Price agreed and honoured, and once we agreed to move forward the car was collected the same day.
