If I could give no stars I would. They bought my car in an online auction and arranged to pick it up 4 times. Every time they didn’t show or gave me no notice that they wouldn’t be showing. I had to take 4 days off work to facilitate the pick up. First day they gave the transport company the wrong day to pick up then second time lucky they gave the transport company a Preston postcode.. we live in Scotland! 3rd and 4th time was lack of communication between themselves and the transport companies. Customer service is AWFUL. I’ve been emailing for 5 weeks, customer service doesn’t reply. I’ve had 5 emails ignored. I’ve been told twice this week a manager would call be back surprise surprise.. no call back. AVOID!!
