Sold my car to Car Supermarket Newcastle recently and it was a super easy, stress free experience. I dealt with Lauren Fleetwood first by email and phone who was amazing and then I believe he was called Karl at the branch when I dropped my car off. Customer service was fantastic and they gave me more than WBAC, Motorway, carwow and any main dealer! I would definitely sell my car here again. Pain less experience!

100% would recommend. Could I have got more selling private ofcourse however this took out all the hassle, I was honest and upfront about all the scuffs, scrapes etc and dropped my car off and was paid with no problems at all.

A great experience from start to finish....
We had an initial valuation. Charlie then contacted us to get more information and increased the valuation which we accepted . A conformation email was sent immediately. The following day we were given a day for collection. The two guys arrived just after 9.00a. m to appraise the vehicle. The money was in our account before we had finished our coffee. Very friendly and professional to deal with . Thank you for making it stress free.

My experience with best car buyer was amazing. I’ve always been sceptical with car buyers as I’ve had some awful experience in the past however Ian was amazing. He told me the detail step-by-step initially had a lower value car and spoke to him whether they can match price the value that was getting they agreed and he was really helpful with the stuff that I need to send over. I was really patient as I was waiting for my V5, which was quite delayed once I received that Ian literally able to book me in the next day which I wanted and has sorted out my car and received my money within in 10 to 15 minutes Ian thank you so much for helping me and being patient and giving me reassurance.

Very misleading. When you generate a figure on the website it sends an email saying “View your offer”. That’s not your offer at all. That’s a figure the computer has plucked and by the time they have called you that figure doesn’t exist anymore and their “actual” offer is a lot lower. I think they need to be more clear when they send an email saying “View your offer”. This makes it seem like the actual offer but it isn’t at all!

My experience with James and Craig at BestCarbuyer was excellent.

James helped walk through some paperwork problems, which was very helpful, and Craig showed up EARLY and was excellent too.

Craig rolled up at 11 am, and I was paid around an hour later. Craig and I had a chat over a cup of tea while he was doing his due diligence work.

The whole process took about a week, with a delay whilst I sorted some paperwork which was on me, and BOSH. Done and dusted.

Really good experience with these guys and James specifically. A couple of emails, I sent him loads of pictures of my car, they came to collect it exactly when they said they would. They didn't quibble about the price they'd offered and did all the paperwork and made the payment really quickly. Far superior to any other experience of selling a car and certainly better than the Gumtree or Marketplace experience.

James Taylor was absolutely amazing throughout the sale process of my car. So much better experience compared to selling on an auction site where they will try and knock you down on the price. There was none of this! and got the full price they offered! I will definitely be using them again !

The complete selling experience from initial payment to the collection of my car was excellent. The Sales Executive, James Taylor, gave exemplary service, handling several questions on multiple calls. The offer made was fair and honest. When it came to collection, a few brief checks were made, a call was placed back to the purchase team and the money appeared in my account 20 minutes later! No quibbles or queries. What is more, an email from DVLA confirming the transfer was received even before the money hit my account!

Used Best Car Buyer to sell my ID3. Got the highest offer compared to other regular sites (Motorway, WeBuyAnycar, etc.) James Taylor was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Payment was done prompty and got paid the same amount I was offered. Very much recommend!

I recently sold a car with Best Car Buyer using their collection route (rather than drop off at one of their locations). The whole process was incredibly easy and efficient.
I dealt with Lauren initially who took details of the car, any damage, etc. (important to be honest here) and then provided a 'guaranteed' offer that was as good as any 'initial' offer we'd had from elsewhere before they then start knocking the offer down.
Once I'd accepted the offer, pick up was arranged via Sean for the following day (it could have been the same day if I'd wanted it quicker).
For the pick up, the car was checked over by Laurence and once agreed that all was as described over the phone, the guaranteed offer was confirmed and payments made to both the car finance company and the balance to me within 20 minutes or so. Once we received the details of the payment transactions and DVLA email confirming change of ownership we gave Laurence the thumbs up and off he went - he doesn't leave with the car until all is in place and we were happy for him to go.
Payment to us was pretty instant - 20 minutes or so, but it does take 24-48 hours for the finance company to confirm receipt. The car was sold on a Friday so the finance company couldn't confirm the payment had been received until the Monday which stressed my wife out a bit but all was fine and really couldn't have gone any smoother.
Thanks to Lauren, Sean and Laurence for making what can be a stressful experience a pretty pleasant one. I can't recommend them highly enough. A 5* service!
