The sale was done with a minimum of hassle, unlike the Motorway procedure. The payment received was better than trade-in, We Buy Any Car and Motorway, although still well below the Motorway guide price.

Excellent company to deal with. Communication with James was first class. The whole process was clearly explained and the price was a fair one. Rob, the driver who came to pick up the car, was also clear and professional, but also a guy you could have a good chat with. The payment hit my account, and he was on his way. A really positive experience.

Very pleased with the service, James was friendly, professional and clearly explained the buying process. The price they offered was far better than similar businesses.
They allowed me to easily send photos of the car via WhatsApp so they could give an accurate valuation and came back to me with the confirmed price in about 20 mins.
On the day the vehicle was collected, they were very professional and there was no haggling or trying to drop the price, unlike other car buying platforms!
The money was paid into my bank account within about 15 minutes of the driver checking over my car, and would not leave until I was happy the payment come through.
Was nice to deal with a business where you could speak to people and its not all app and web based.

I was looking to sell my dads car as he had to give up driving, first I contacted we buy any car they gave a price I then went down they never even checked it but said as it has done over 5000 miles they need to take £1100 of the price they first offered so I left.

They made the who process really easy to sell my car. The price was really good and on a similar level if not better than many others I had got online. There was no haggling when they came to collect and the price I was given online was the price I received. James was brilliant on email and phone and replied to every message very quickly each time.
