Good products, bad customer service
The item I received was in good condition, there was a major delay in shipping and production in the U.S versus getting it done internationally which would have took longer. So I received the gift about 3 weeks after I ordered it. I requested a refund due to me not being satisfied with the item and poor communication. They did not honor their refund policy despite me meeting all requirements for a refund and only offered me a 20% coupon towards my next order if I were to conduct business with them again. Overall, I am disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Packaging needs work
The craftsmanship is great but it arrived bent in 4 places. We tried to fix it but it still doesn't lay flat.

The item was bent upon arrival and even though we did an expedited shipment it still took longer than expected. The item itself was beautiful if it hadn’t had the bend. I was told a new one would be sent but haven’t received it as of yet. Once it is received and is not damaged my review will be much better. In the reply about it being bent they were receptive to my suggestion about packing it more properly to protect it from bending.

VERY DISSAPOINTED! The pillow I recieved was a poor color representation of the photo I sent. The pillow turned out very red and I would have expected the company to ask me for another photo or color corrected it. Customer service was responsive but not helpful. I would NOT use this company, as they process orders without looking at them and there is no quality control. For a custom project company they need to rwview the photos sent and communicate with the customer during the process. There are many companies that provide this service so I would use a different company.

Make sure to size up
Great quality and gorgeous colors but disappointed with the size. It was measured from the top of flag pole to the bottom of the spike. I thought the actual art piece should have been 12 inches. It actually is only 5x8. If I would have went any smaller we wouldn’t even be able to see it in the yard.

The pillow that I purchased came back dark and difficult to make out. Someone in quality control should have contacted me about the picture so I could provide another. I spent 50$ for the pillow and was very disappointed.
