A superb experience from start to finish

Great team, both in the office and the removal staff. Very helpful with any questions answered quickly. Nothing was damaged during loading or unloading and everyone was efficient and friendly. I will use them again should we need storage in the future and I would highly recommend.

I literally could not have move me and my three kids out of our 4 bedroom semi…without PODS. The pod was delivered giving me plenty of time to fill it myself and on day of completion….i just sat back and waiting for the phone call: house sold - money received. The team kept my pod for two weeks and then delivered and with a team of four extremely helpful gentleman- unloaded my life in to the various rooms I required. Easy!

Way more cost effective than anything else I could find. I had toyed with the idea of hiring a man and van to shift out of storage for me but since they charge by the hour - it was cheapest and easiest to opt for the full unload service.

Additionally the team were always quick to respond to any questions I had - great communication.

PODS made our complicated house move really easy, the communication from my initial enquiry to a call a day or so after the move was exemplary. The guys who dropped, collected and delivered the POD to the new house were great, even taking care to put down wood to protect the grass at the new house. Would recommend them 100%.

Cannot recommend this company enough 😊 absolutely the best value for money. The PODS are brilliant, loads of room, extremely secure. The staff were fantastic, turned up on time, they loaded the PODS on our behalf, nothing was too much trouble, extremely courteous and polite. Really easy to access your POD. Just call them and give at least 24hrs notice and they’ll have your POD ready and waiting for easy access. 5*

Excellent ! We hired a moving POD to move my family of 5, it helped that I could have this over 4 weeks so I could pack over a few weekends. They delivered the pod on time and the driver was very professional and helpful, the lady in the office Diane was very helpful in organising the delivery and collection of the pod and also the price included dropping the pod off at the new address on the day of moving. I would highly recomend PODS if you want to take your time in packing the majority of your items.

If only all companies were as efficient as this! Very professional and so helpful throughout the whole time we had the POD on our drive. Stress free storage delivered by an exceptional company! 100% recommend to use.

The pod system works really well, it removes the stress from the move. The team at pods are friendly, professional and do what they say they'll do! Special thanks to Helen who was so helpful throughout the process and the 3 guys who unloaded my pod at the new house, their attitude and work ethic was outstanding.

PODS Moving and Storage service was excellent, discussed requirements, made arrangements, and the collection was carried out swiftly and efficiently as planned. One less headache when moving house.

Extremely pleased with the service we received from Pods. Diane and Helen both very helpful. We were able to change the size of the pod 3 days prior to moving. 2 very able young men to load the pod. Everything arrived 8 weeks later in the same condition it left us.

The PODS service is fantastic. I have been thoroughly impressed every step of the way. I have had continuity with the same staff over the course of 15 months my stuff was in storage. I also used the moving service and the two men who helped pack up and then unpack my stuff were so lovely, efficient and speedy and always going out of their way to get my furniture where I wanted it to go. Cannot rate highly enough and would use again and recommend for anyone looking to store anything. Thanks again!

Hired a POD as storage during house renovations, delivered promptly and situated directly on the drive which worked perfectly allowing us to renovate the house & store furniture, household goods, but still allowing us easy access to the contents when needed. Highly recommend
