Mark and the team were brilliant over the last couple of days with our house move in Manchester. They turned up promptly on both days (packing day 1, moving day 2) and were hardworking and diligent in the removal process.

Diane and Helen were both lovely to deal with on the phone too, and were very patient in answering questions and prompt in providing updates.

I wouldn't hesitate to use BEST again (I don't think I'd use anyone else now!) - thank you for making a stressful process much easier with your dedication and hard work!

I was really happy with Best Removals & Storage from start to finish. Helen and Diane were brilliant throughout, keeping in regular contact to check on progress and completion dates, which made everything feel organised and stress‑free. The in‑person survey was really helpful too, proper old‑fashioned customer service where it felt like they genuinely cared about getting things right.

On the day, everything went smoothly. The team arrived with a very large truck, so there were no worries about space, and all my belongings were transported safely and efficiently. The three removals guys were friendly, helpful, and worked incredibly hard. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

We chose to get the packing option as well which was absolutely worth the money. The moving and packing team were lovely, helpful and really hard working. Everything arrived intact and on time. Well worth the money!

We honestly can’t thank Best Removals enough. The team arrived to help us move to our new home. 4 of the team turned up, 2 being trainees. They were all friendly polite & worked hard. One of the team who was leading the trainees was exceptional. Nothing was to hard, if a problem occurred his way was we will work it out & they did. We had big wardrobes & a small staircase - the boys sorted it.

We used BEST Removals & Storage to help my family move a few weeks ago right in the middle of the crazy heatwave but Scott, Diane and their team was great they came to pack everything and moved it all to our new place the day after. Everything arrived safely and efficiently despite the crazy heat. It was the first time we used a removal company and definitely will use them again, they answered all our questions and the price was good and well worth it for all the work involved. We got quite a few other quotes but being a family run local business and competitive pricing it was easily the most comfortable choice.

Professional service, polite well mannered staff, turned up exactly when they said they would. Arrived earlier than expected on move day. Hottest June day on record and worked there butts off.
My only criticism would be for the person who was delivering boxes, were supposed to call when on route and no packaging paper delivered with the boxes. This meant I had to buy bubble wrap.
So I huge thanks to the staff at Best from all concerned from start to finish!

Would thoroughly recommend Best Removals and Storage. My items ended up being stored longer than i had initially expected but any queries i had were never any trouble and Helen and Diane were brilliant at communicating all the arrangements

We used best for storage foe 3 and a half months, the furniture came out unmarked and no musty smells. The removal lads were brilliant, polite care and well trained under Mark. The guys did an absolutely amazing job, no issues no moaning (even with the heavy stuff) just got on with the job at hand. Made the stress of the day so much easier even when we got the keys and previous owners were still in the house. Thanks again for all your hard work

Can’t fault the service and professionalism of the whole operation, the lads turned up bang on time and set to loading with no hassle at all, same professionalism at the other end when unloading with nothing being to much trouble. Cheers all it made the day less stressful , definitely recommended 👍🏻
