I found dealing with Best Removals very…
I found dealing with Best Removals very straight forward.
The three removal men were both pleasant and accommodating throughout the whole day, despite having to endure a long delay due to circumstances out of my control. Sadly I incurred an addition fee for the delay. However I hope this was shared equally between the three removal men. They certainly earned it.

It's unfortunate when there are significant delays in the chain like you had but these things are out of our control, and are generally caused by issues with the solicitors. Rest assured the additional fee is just there to cover the overtime for the team - they didn't get back to the warehouse until 7pm.

Best Removals are the best
Best Removals made our stressful moving day so much easier. They communicated with us throughout, so we always knew what to expect and when.
The lads were extremely professional, polite, helpful and incredibly fast. We were really impressed with both the speed and care they took when loading and unloading everything.
I originally booked Best because they have a storage facility. Previous house moves have been a nightmare, so I wanted the reassurance that if completion didn’t happen on the planned day, our belongings would still be safely looked after.
I can’t recommend Best Removals enough, they were brilliant.

Huge thanks to Best Removals
I recently used Best Removals for my house move. From my initial contact with them, the lovely ladies on the phone, the reasonable quote I received, and their patience when my completion date kept changing, they were all wonderful. Fragile and kitchen packing is worth its weight in gold! Then on the day the 3 guys worked so hard and had everything good to go into my apartment when I eventually got the keys! I recently used PODS to store my household furniture, TV, settee, and kitchen items for 15 months while my home was being renovated. I was understandably anxious about the quality and safety of long-term storage, but I needn’t have worried.
To my surprise and relief, everything was returned in excellent condition — carefully stored and extremely well looked after. The entire process, from collection to redelivery, was smooth and professional.
A special thank you to Scott, Helen, Diane, Chris, and Frankie, who were all so helpful, caring, and supportive throughout.
I would absolutely recommend PODS to anyone needing secure storage with reliable pick-up and delivery. An excellent service from start to finish.

Best removals moving team were absolutely incredible!
The team worked so hard to take down the furniture, empty my 4 bedroom house and move it all into my new home, putting everything in it's place and rebuilding the beds.

Excellent service
Excellent service, 3 lads arrived early and never stopped for 2 hours loading the lorry. On completion they were ready to go at the new property. Nothing was any trouble. Definitely use again.

Making a house move palatable
The team at PODs made a house move after 30 years of residency not only bearable but surprising, given how professional, helpful and supportive they were. I cannot praise them enough and would strongly advise using them over any alternative business.

Great service
First time I’ve ever moved and was quite nervous after hearing a lot of horror stories about things getting damaged. Best removals turned up at the arranged time, 2 very helpful men soon had the van loaded and unloaded at the other end. Very competitive prices. I would recommend and would use this company again.

The team at BEST REMOVALS could not…
The team at BEST REMOVALS could not have made our move the week before Christmas when I was 34 weeks pregnant easier. Great service from Mark, Chris and Frankie on the day, all our belongings were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for them. Also great service from Scott, Helen and Diane which made booking and organising a date at the last minute very smooth! Our move was also very competitively priced- some things aren’t too good to be true! I would reccomended BEST REMOVALS to anyone :) thank you again!
