I worked with Best Sellers Inc back in 2021, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the very first consultation, their team made the entire book writing and publishing process seamless and stress-free. They took the time to understand my vision, guided me through every step, and helped turn my ideas into a polished manuscript.

What impressed me most was their professionalism and commitment to quality. The writers and editors were top-notch, offering valuable insights that truly elevated my story. I could write a novel on my horrible experience with BSI but I'll keep it to the point with only the reddest flags:

- Every conversation is an upsell. My $4000 "package" was supposed to include, for example, a press release. They had AI write something and posted it on LiveJournal. (that's still around?!) When I asked why it wasn't released to the actual press they said "If you want real press we can prepare a quote, but those cost money. " Same with "review services" and influencer collabs.

- Social Media Management was THE SINGLE BIGGEST thing I wanted. The package promised 4 posts per week every month. Weeks would go by with nothing then 5 posts in day that would get my account shut down. Then nothing again. On average, I saw 1-2 every 7-10 days. Luckily, they sent posts for approval because they had Christmas-themed content slated for Feb? Wild.
- I prepared a huge checklist of things they hadn't delivered per contract timelines, and was met with 'you're right, we should do better' then they asked me if I could research some authors in my genre they could reach out to for collabs. Like, what did I even pay for!?

By month 4 of my 6 month contract I had forgotten they existed and moved on, always surprised (but not) when they pinged me asking if I'd like to pay them more money to add new features. Let's deliver anything from my actual agreement first maybe?!

The single and only reason this isn't a 1 star was that when they actually did make content for social it was beautiful and on brand but woof. I could have bought that package off Fivver for $200. And that person would have emailed me the files so I actually owned the content I'd paid for with my book art on it.

Best Seller built my Author website, and it turned out beautifully clean and easy to navigate. They understood my style, created the perfect layout, and delivered everything on schedule. I've already received compliments from readers. Great experience overall!!

Turning my book into an Audiobook was such a fun process with Best Sellers Inc! The voice talent they chose was perfect and captured every emotion beautifully. The production quality was top-notch. Listening to my own story come to life was surreal. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough positive words to describe my experience with Best Sellers Inc. I started talking with Emma Baker about a year ago when all I had was a rough draft and extreme passion for my book project. She made me feel respected and listened too. I can’t thank Blaire McIntosh my manager and Jenny Pereira my project manager enough. Jenny is a very conscientious person. Very Kind and Caring. It is very important to her that her clients are successful. She does everything within her power to make sure that she has given her best to her company and their authors. Very few people care as much about things that matter as Jenny cares. She is always going over and above what I had anticipated and I had high expectations. Because she is genuine it is reflected in everything she does.
Blaire is a great example of what a perfect Manager is from the stand point of a client. When struggling at times to complete my book, he gave me the encouragement I needed to complete it. My book shall be out soon . Blaire is pleasant, upbeat and HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS! I’m so glad I chose Best Sellers Inc. to publish my book for these reasons.

It has been a wonderful experience with Best Seller's Inc. I have published my first book. They have been there for me every step of the way. Services are efficient and tailored to my expectations. Best Sellers was very intent on determining what I wanted and needed when first contacting them. After getting to know and understand me better they were able to connect me with the perfect person to guide me through the process - Kairi. Kairi is amazing there aren’t enough words- she cares, is thorough, follows up on not just the status of my progress but also me as a person. I can tell she is driven to make my view of the book come to life, and is always there to answer any questions I need. She even indulges me in my preference of video calls because I prefer communicating that way, but at the same time is only a phone call away.

I would recommend her and Best Sellers to any person I cross paths with looking for a publisher.

Warning to other authors: Do not trust this company.

Best Sellers, Inc. took my money, $3500, with big promises of marketing, exposure, and results — but they never delivered anything of value. Not only did I receive no services as described, but their actions actually cost me money in lost time and opportunity.

Communication was poor, deadlines were ignored, and once they had my payment, they stopped responding meaningfully. Every promise turned out to be misleading.

I strongly advise any author or creator to stay far away from this company. They operate on false assurances and deceptive practices. If you’re considering them, don’t — save yourself the expense and the frustration.

One star was the lowest I could rate.It is too high.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I reached out to inquire about marketing, and when I started asking questions as to why they only had recent reviews, David Crowe from their "marketing team" started attacking me and making fun of me

My idea became a reality thanks to their Book Cover design. In addition to being exquisite, the design perfectly complemented the concept of my book. The designers were good communicators and immediately took into account all of my suggestions. Many people have complimented me on the cover, which has increased the number of readers. The professionalism and innovation of Best Sellers Inc are unparalleled!
