Bought my first, but the postcode was wrong so didn’t receive it, so emailed them to say I didn’t receive it and they sent me a replacement straightaway very quickly with correct postcode. Very supportive and efficient customer service

Bought my first s** doll. As you can imagine I'm anxious about delivery . And to make things worse this company does not offer any tracking , or reply to any emails . Disgusting service , the worst customer service I ever encountered. I still have not received my product or information regarding what's going on. Live chat is just a bot that makes you go in circles , will never buy from here again

REALLY slow shipping, so slow in fact i would presume they are not holding stock, but just drop shipping from china!
A week after the order, got a Royal Mail notification saying it was received, but will be a week before delivery!

BEWARE OF BESTVIBE
I requested a cancellation for Order #2026031823004882137 within ONE HOUR of purchase. BestVibe’s official policy states that cancellations within 24 hours are processable. Instead of honoring this, support claimed the item had already 'shipped,' even though the UPS label was created before I even placed the order.
They are refusing to cancel the transaction and ignoring their own written terms. I am giving BestVibe 24 hours to process my full refund and confirm the cancellation of my order. If this is not resolved within that window, I will proceed with a formal Chargeback through my bank and report this merchant for deceptive trade practices.

I ordered an item in Feb and after 2 weeks of not receiving it, I reached out for an update and they told me it was out of stock and maybe would be in March. Imagine a company who sells stuff they dont actually have! I asked for refund which they agreed to, they took my money on the 20th Feb its now 13th March and I still haven't been refunded. Avoid avoid avoid.

Item failed during warranty period. BestVibe made good on the warranty and sent a replacement quickly.
Maybe the products are good. I would not know. After confirming that my delivery had failed due to some stupid issue on their end, I decided to cancel my order because I no longer trusted them, and the customer service team then proceeded to procrastinate as much as humanly possible, evidently hoping I would get bored and abandon my refund request despite being within the eligible window for a refund as per their policy. I am actually still waiting to resolve this, and my bank have been very supportive, but the customer service at BestVibe is frankly shocking. I don't know if they are a legitimate business--I even extended an olive branch, saying they could try again with the delivery if they offered some small discount as compensation for the inconvenience--but I would recommend staying away from BestVibe and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered 2 items. First arrived, discreet. Second arrived several days later, today infact, absolutely non discreet. Plain box yes, but product description label clear as day for all to see - delivery guy and my house mate who took the delivery in, as I wasn't home. Never again. Do not use this website, or use at you own risk. Once Bitten.

Please avoid at all costs and it took a week for them to even think about giving me my refund. They've asked me multiple occasions and multiple emails. If I confirm that I want to cancel my order. Yes I confirm. I want to cancel my order but they've asked me loads of times on it and they still haven't sent me my refund. It's been a week now. I'll be rising a investigation against this company

Bestvibe has great customer service and stand behind their products. I had a problem with one of the devices and they shipped me a replacement.
We have received no communication about our order and it has not shipped, and our email to the company has not been answered. It's been 3 weeks. This has been a really poor experience and I think this company might be a scam.
