Betrino Reviews

Shut this site down absolutely shocking if you want to throw your money down the drain then come here to these cons

My money they stuck in there and they give me AML verification and they donot pass my verification plz don't put your investment there they are scam there online support does not give any response timely

Pending withdraw. Still pending days on. Live chat is uselss just get copied paste answers then they eventually block you. No contact number. Cons ..avoid .

I felt I owed this site a good review. I can see alot of people have left bad feedback but Ive had no problems with them what so ever. I made a withdrawl and it was in pending for a couple of days while they verified my account. I contacted customer service and spoke to a man named Mark and asked how long the process would take. Within minutes he told me my account had been verified and I would recieve an email to say when they had released my money from there side. Within the hour I got the email and the money landed in my bank moments later. Thank you Mark for all your help. 5 stars from me.

CON!! Don’t waste your money, you don’t activate any bonus wins, no matter what the game is that you play or how much you put in, you won’t activate anything, and any money you win on spins is minimal each winning spin!!

This is a brief update to my recent reviews of this horrible company.
It will no doubt come as no surprise to fellow punters of this company that my bet as previously noted has not been paid out.
Racing TV have been useless in solving the issue.

Advertise fake betting offers on google and odds checker for “bet $25 get $50 free bets”. Code “WC2026” was accepted when i signed up but they didnt follow through. When i contacted customer support they said that they dont currently run that deal? They said it was never an official offer. Judging by other reviews they definitely know what theyre doing. PLEASE AVOID, Illegal scammers!!

Disgusting company, held my withdrawal for 5 days, kept kicking me out the live char when i asked for my money, they don’t give the sign up offer they state. Complete scam site do not use these idiots

Doesn't honour free bet sign up. Avoid

Just set up a new account with the BB50 offer. After registering, depositing and placing first bet I am no longer able to log in to the account. It has simply vanished. The live agent claimed I must have made a spelling mistake on my email address and they had no way of checking any of my other details I had provided to open the account - name, DOB, mob number etc. I’m sure this is a scam.

I played with this Casino first and last time.Beware they want bank statements ,payslips and everything apart from my DNA!There should be a rule before depositing with this casino.Beware!!

Got some free games with deposit, but never found them, no notification anywhere, ridiculous 🤣

Easy to deposit money, and lose it but once you win a good £2 bonus don't be exited I had many and max I got was £50. I mean yeah bonanza can be tricky that this low is just not possible.

Might aswel send them your money via bank transfer n say thanks for the attempt ABSOLUTE SCAM of a website. Spun well over £100 on 20p spins never hit a single bonus. Biggest win was £6😅

Look at all these bad reviews!

Stay away from this lot. Did you know they charge a percentage if you withdraw funds?

Never known anything like it. I withdrew my money before I placed a bet. Looked dodgy to me.

I must admit I can't fault them. They have a decent selection of games n live casinos. Let me withdraw my winnings. Ill keep on using betrino . UK user. Be warned if u use a phone to top up u must be able to prove it's in your name.

do not use this casino as they take tooo long to withdraw your money i deposited and won a fair anogh amount after withdrawing that amount my account got restricted and they would no longer let me play been 2 days and they still will not give the money all the support team can say is wait please have patience they are happy however to let u deposit but rescrict u when u withdraw

Should have checked their trustpilot before depositing XD They didn't give me my welcome bonus after placing and settling a qualifyinf bet. And their website doesn't work properly on mobile.

Not happy at all deposited using a bonus code never got my free spins. Impossible to win on here it really is going to stick to what I know.

Everyone here is exactly correct about this company. They are worthless. I did a spin and get bonus offer, the wheel landed on 75 but i only got a 10 bonus. They just said that's the way it is. They are worthless filth with their company. If you're already with them, dump them. If you're thinking of joining, avoid like the plague!

This company is an absolute joke. I had several pending withdrawals and I had to keep going on daily to ask why there not being processed. Then I receive an email saying my accounts been closed and my winnings are void for no reason. Absolutes joke, stay away.
