Have a old card on there that the account was closed in oct but card needs verification so its blocking my whole withdraw even though I have a bank account that is verified they say they cant do anything. Thats with holding a player's winnings i filed a complaint and going to go threw with what ever it takes

This is without a doubt the worst gambling site out here. They cater to women. Not kidding. My girlfriend and I sat down and bet the same amount on the same games. She ended up with 15 bonuses to my one for $3.90 . We've done this 6 times. Same results. They wipe me out and she walks away with a couple hundred. No free play in months that I've played. She's gotten over $200 in two months. Avoid this site.

Used their site for a couple years. Then out of nowhere I went to play on their site and they wanted me to sign in using facial recognition. I didn't want to use a 3rd party facial recognition company to play online casino, so I asked them to refund my money to the same account that I made my deposit. They refused to refund my money without using the facial recognition.

This company should be investigated for allowing scammers, collusion, theft, or fraud on the highest level. There's no way this is legal unless corrupt company and corrupt government are in on this scam together, lining their pockets. Helping America become more addicted to gambling. Deserves charges pressed and punishment. How come it seems most businesses these days are corrupt with little that can be done. This whole system is a grand ponzi scheme. With a very very small percent fighting minimal success. At least they shouldn't be allowed to advertise that its real poker. Its not legitimate poker it's a hybrid scheme milking their customers out of their bankroll. Everyday you see literally 0.0084% hitting your opponents everytime. You also witness constant chip dumping, collusion, super players. Ohh and the best part computer bots that are hooked in their system. I just played a final table today and two players literally sat out until chipped down. This site is a scam a joke and it needs to be shut down gather all the cheaters, most are, even phil hellmuth should be arrested. This is just like black Friday with full tilt poker and their house pro Chris Ferguson. Instead their pro is phil who collects checks and im sure gets some percent of something. I would almost be certain he knows the scam operation their doing. Site = corruption ruining this country.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would absolutely choose that. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any app.

I placed a bet while the timer was still running, and the second I did, I was kicked out due to a server error. From that moment on, I was completely locked out. I tried over and over again throughout the entire day to log back in, but the app kept saying the servers were down. I had zero access to my account while this was happening.

The biggest issue? That bet was never even officially placed or confirmed. I never saw the cards, never saw the result—nothing. The system crashed mid-action, and I was left completely in the dark.

When I finally got back in the next day, my balance was $0, with no explanation.

Customer support kept telling me it was “under review” and that I’d hear back. I didn’t. I had to keep reaching out myself, only to eventually be told the bet was “lost” and they’d offer a bonus—which, of course, I never received.

This wasn’t a small mistake either—this was a $300 hand, and it all happened because of their server failure and inability to maintain a stable platform.

Completely unacceptable. If something goes wrong on this app, don’t expect transparency, don’t expect communication, and definitely don’t expect them to make it right.

Cheats. If you win it intentionally makes sure you lose every slot you spin. This is not a luck casino. Its just a long grind cheat machine.

Horrible I won money and they didn't let the withdrawal to through and closed my account and said they can do that and I forfeit the money!!! Such a scam after employees kept telling me I would get that money no matter what. Horrible ruthless people. Don't play on this they are a bunch of scammers!!!

Great selection of games easy to deposit. Game payouts were pretty good, betting is easy only complaint is not being able to hook up my bank account for withdraws had to choose check option which is 10-14 day wait. Overall good experience
