DraftKings used to be a decent site. Couple months ago they take away the crowns rewards system and stop offering any kind of promos for the casino. I wouldn’t recommend anyone play on this site as other sites will constantly have bonuses for you to play. Stay away from these predatory thieves and use other sites.

This is one of the worst casino sites I’ve used. I’ve spent thousands and haven’t seen any meaningful return. The payouts feel nonexistent, and the overall experience is extremely frustrating.

If you’re expecting a fair chance to win, this isn’t it. I’d strongly recommend staying away.

They are predatory, and that shouldn't surprise me or anyone else, but here we are! haha
DraftKings graded Bet ID #DK639113055072578201 as a dead heat reduction despite for a Top 10 finish for Patrick Reed... Reed was in a 3 way Tie for 3rd at the conclusion of the round. Boom, Top 10 finish easy, and it was actually a Top 5 and didn't even have a dead heat reduction if that were the bet.... but it was a Top 10 so VERY SAFE and a VERY EASY WIN..... right? Wrong.

I am a small bettor and generally trust these sites to grade things correct. I happened to go look and they didn't grade this right. I now worry about all my past bets. When I brought this to DK's attention, they barely replied, then took ALL my funds from my account while they reviewed it and then the next day said "oops, looks like you were right" and washed their hands of it.... I had no money to place other bets, they didn't apologize, they didn't offer an explanation, they didn't say anything basically.

Well first off it wasn't until after I deposited my money is when DraftKings inform me that I could not play from Texas so of course I instantly thought about a refund oh but that takes 24 hours after you deposit is when they can start the refund process which is going to take three to 5 days to process the refund but y'all took it out instantly right but you can't put it back instantly how does that work because I can get on cash app right now and send money and somebody can send the money right back to me I mean how much money do they make off this game and you can't even update your refund policy lol what you could do better is instead of all the stupid advertisements when you sign up one of them at least one of them should say if you're not in a state you can't play because it's super unprofessional and it show that you really don't care about the customer cuz ain't nobody trying to update the refund policy that stays outdated with every business out there

This review means shit seeing as Draftkings doesn't give a damn about anybody this is literally the worst casino of them all I have an account with all of the online casinos and this is by far the worst in every aspect of gambling

Stay away from this gaming app they use AI to learn your specific bedding algorithm and also curtail odds and presents scores in conjunction with the information that they have learned. At which point when you attempt to make bets if it isn't going to be bets that will be favorable for them to win then they will intentionally glitch your app or make buttons fail to respond. Pay attention if you get an opportunity get two devices one with your account logged in and the other with no login just the app run them both and you will see how the odds will be different but as soon as you go to place odds it will glitch on the device that you're betting on and sometimes they will lag the scores on purpose because with your previous batting history they know you'll be more than likely to bet on specific odds. Just remember founder even admitted to the supreme Court that there's always cheating in sports betting.

The customer service is abysmal. They do little sneaky things to rob you, when being a casino, they dont have to. Ive had a withdrawal waiting a month to process. Still processing after being approved. Customer service just tells me it takes 24 hours. Its already been a month. Lol stay away.

Terrible customer service. I requested a withdraw of 210 2 weeks ago. it has been completely lost. first draft kings told me to contact pay direct directly. they told me there is no record of the transaction. so drafkings are flat out lying. then they said I received the money. then they said to contact my bank as the money was sent from their end. I contacted my bank and they said they have no way to trace incoming e transfers only outgoing. now draftkings are ignoring me. I've spent hours trying to get my money back only to be ignored. I will be seeking legal advice about suing them

And also I made bets the other day also it says make a bet over 2.25 and you get one credit for dk dollars I did I deposited enuff money that day to get one credit in dk dollars and made a couple bets that were more than 2.25 so I should have got atleast 3 credited dk dollars points that what they are only worth 1penny a credit I should have got 3credits that day I had 254 credits that day before I deposited and placed those bets I still have 254 I got no credits that day draft kings sucks so bad now I can't believe how much they scam people and robbed and mess with bet slips in favor for the better to loose they are worse then a dope shooting junking you guys ate thieves why are you thieves can't you make money without stilling from people give me my 23 dollars for 26 and 27 of march deposits my bet were robbed I lost do to draft kings cheating me over 50 bets in twenty four hours at least give me my 23 dollars back so I have better faith in draft kings every sports bet sites give free bets exept draft kings draft kings don't give shit the get your money and kidnap that shit and don't anything back even when you show proof of being cheated you guys suck hopley the Mafia pays you a visit soon.

Total scam. If u play by the book in black jack or uth, gives u a ton of doubles,splits or 4x bets only to get more money. Last two times I played dealer won 90 percent of the time with a 6 showing, of course given me a double hand only to get 2,3 or ace every time, and of course they draw out to a 18,19. Ikw casino has the odds and you are at a disadvantage, but this is rigged as hell. Especially when you play a bit and know you habits. Im out

3 casion games that drained me for $5000 in less than a 24 hours? Bonus rounds were scarce, regardless of the denomination I played. Payouts were less than 20%. I contacted customer service for investigation and thet sent me the standard you knew the risk email.

Would give less than 1. Locked my account when my son a Jr opened his own account. They claimed we were same person despite showing ids proving otherwise. Kept my money wouldn't let me use my account for 6 months. Still has my money played them for 12 years they block me Out and keep money. THEY ARE A JOKE PLAY ELSEWHERE

Horrible and rigged. You play small amounts it will let you win, the minute you increase your bet; you will consistently lose. I’ve tested this with slots and the computer blackjack/match the dealer games.

I made a bet wagering a 50 dollar bet with a 20% parlay boost that a fight would end in round one it was right before the contest began on my television. The actual event was in London England a heavyweight bout. Draft Kings had real time information and accepted my bet but reworded the bet immediately to say the contest would end between 2-2:59 of the first round. I would never bet a :59 second window. The ploy they use is corrupt they are a malicious scam of thieves and I suggest no one use the platform ever.

Worst payback- Literally DO NOT PLAY ON THIS CASINO. I am not promoting another site but do not gamble on Draftkings. I will be joining a class action lawsuit because of their issues.

Nothing but a scam, one of the most greedy casinos there is.... they sure have advertisement money but not money to properly build a app. The wins here are absolutely damn embarrassing and you dont receive a damn thing for rewards besides 10 cents a week. Im done depositing here permanently. I like enjoying my deposit not giving it as a donation to a billion dollar scam company. It's just a legal scam at this point, very close to reporting to the gaming control board to see if there's another lawsuit i can start over their unfair odds.
