The item that I ordered arrived in a timely amnner and preforms as expected

3rd time ordering. Order was processed much quicker this time around and arrived within a week. All items were packed securely , no damage.

Communications was great, emailing when order was processed and shipping was sent out with a tracking number.

I had questions about my order and David responded right away answering all of my questions. So far customer service is great. Also, my doll looked just like the pictures that were advertised on the website.

My shipping experience was a nightmare, box was smashed by courier and merch was damaged. David replaced and resent without hesitation. Customer service can be just as important as the product. The product for the price is exceptional especially as an introduction. The C/S is just as exceptional if not better.. Thank you for turning what seemed to be a disaster a great experience

This is already the second doll I have ordered from this vendor within a year. Both models were shipped from the European warehouse and were genuine products, no counterfeits. Given the relatively low prices, one might initially assume otherwise, but in reality you receive exactly the same quality as from significantly more expensive sellers.

My most recent purchase was a Sigafun doll in the 159 cm version. Everything matches the description perfectly: gel-filled breasts and articulated fingers are included as specified (here you get scammed sometimes with hollow breasts with this cheap prices, but not here). The additional S-TPE material I selected is also exactly as described - it is noticeably softer than standard TPE, while still being firmer than Ultra Soft TPE. It represents a well-balanced middle ground and is definitely the least oily variant I have experienced so far.

The Support is also very friendly and fast, will answer you every question you have before you buy something.

Overall, I can fully recommend this shop.

Good things will come to those who will wait! It takes exactly 6 to 8 weeks for the doll to be ordered and manufactured. All you need is patience. Then your silicone companion will arrive to you in 10 to 15 business days.
