The communication was a little sketchy before my doll was shipped, and I was told that my doll unexpectedly exceeded the air freight weight limit, which made no sense. So I pushed back on that and instead of getting a response the doll was shipped as it should've been and arrived 6 days later instead of the 30-38 days that they tried to push on me.

Besides those issues everything was good, I got the correct doll with no issues and I received the doll about 3 weeks after ordering, granted I ordered it two days after Christmas.

Communication is always clear. Handling/Shipping mega fast! One of my favorite vendors on this planet!
