I ordered my first doll on Betterlovedoll not knowing anything about dolls.

The website is pretty easy to guide and understand each doll function and in my personal experience they had by far the best price for the doll I went for.

It took about 5 weeks to make and additional 4 weeks to deliver. Unfortunatelly my doll has arrived damadged, one of the ankles was bend and snapped shortly after. David offered my a conpensation as this was most likely FedEx's fault and he was very helpful resolving this issue.

Overal I was contenplating weather to give 5* review or lower mostly due to how long it took to ship the doll. But after considering everything I'm giving 5* for delivering extactly what I ordered down to areola size and color perfectly matching description on the site. And also the customer service is really great.

Excellent customer service, considerate, fast and friendly. Definitely recommended.

David is great guy, very proffesional and helpful. Quick response time, very fast delivery for items on stock in your region, package arrived undamaged with some extra items (irrigator, heating rod, gloves, panties). Item is as described and feeling is amazing. Only problem is weight but that's mostly overestimating my abilities. 42 kgs doesn't sound that much but believe me it's not that easy to handle even for me (late 30s, 100 kg, not much overweight) so choose carefully eventhough I fully support 155+ cm for better immersion even at cost of carrying extra weight.

This site is not a scam in the usual sense, but in my personal opinion, they do engage in false advertising. They are not clear about which items they do or do not ship to your location.

I was ready to place an order — which was a big step for me — credit card in hand, prepared to spend what I consider a large amount of money. And then, bam! I couldn’t complete the order. The message said:

“The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location.”

I felt somewhat cheated, especially because now I can only buy the same doll for twice the price — and they probably will ship it. I feel discriminated against in a sense, as I have to pay more simply because I live abroad. If it were just the extra shipping costs, I wouldn’t mind. But apparently, I’m not even allowed to purchase the item for the same price as an American customer, and that, to me, feels like discrimination.

I give this site one star because they were not clear about this issue until the very last step of the checkout process. I feel discouraged and, to be honest, bamboozled.

I hope they will be more transparent in the future, because I truly had my eyes set on this item. Now I’m forced to look elsewhere for a similar deal.

If the company is reading this, I’m still willing to place the order for the same price of €947 EUR. But if not, my opinion of this company will remain very negative, and I won’t change my mind about calling them false advertisers.

The only thing seem mot right os when IT ask for doll stock on Canada. Si this the thruth ,??? Not sure

Great doll but very fragile I snapped two fingers already.

US in stock better be ready to wait at least 2 weeks at the earliest. I am assuming fed ex is that slow. I should of made a customized order to still be waiting.

I was amazed at how realistic and the softness the Doll is and if they have it in stock the delivery is really fast. The site might also be one of, if not the cheapest I found. I did search a little to find a reliable site and I found it here.

Had a great experience with better love doll. David was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Better love doll has a policy for older / veterans/ etc. I made reference to the program after I ordered my fusion doll and David was very responsive and discounted my current purchase. Unfortunately I travel for work and won't see my new girl until the end of October. I will redirect all my purchases to this site.

David was the best! Even though there were issues with the doll vendor, David was there to ensure good communication and to ensure my satisfaction.

Livraison en 3 jours seulement. La poupée est conforme aux photos. Toucher très agréable et les deux orifices sont très ressemblants à la réalité, autant au toucher qu'à la penetration. Son poids et ses proportions sont vraiment parfaits. La couleur est un peu rose mais dans une lumière tamisée ça n'est vraiment pas un problème, ça donne même un contraste excitant avec mon liquide blanc sur ses petits seins fermes. C'est la seule poupée que j'ai trouvée à petite proitine avec un corps d'adulte.

I ordered 2 dolls from this page and not only the support helped me and have been nice, they also recommended me to not put some "extras" as they could lean for more problems in the future, they also recommended me a forum for people who owns dolls, definitely a good experience :D

I have not received the doll yet but the ordering process was easy and streamlined. Great communication from customer service.
