all great service, made sure my doll looked exactly how I wanted him. when my password and email got messed up they fixed everything, sent me pictures and am email when it was shipped

had a very good experience with Ken and with the All You Doll website. Ken was professional, attentive, and clear when answering my questions, and that gave me confidence throughout the whole process.
I chose the Rosretty brand, although in my opinion there are also other very good brands on the site. If they deliver the promised quality and shipping, the overall experience ends up being positive.
One thing people should understand is that at the beginning, the package may go through the first few weeks without many updates, and that is very normal. It does not necessarily mean there is a problem; it is simply part of the shipping process.
Overall, my impression of All You Doll is good: the website looks serious, organized, and has a good variety, and Ken’s attention helped make the whole experience feel more trustworthy.

This store has overalll by far the most competitive pricing on in-stock inventory compared to most other trusted sites.

Ordered Doll’s Castle through them. The customer service is absolutely top notch, being expeditious in response, and accommodating of requests. Would definitely order more products through them.

My experience began when I emailed to ask whether shipping to my country was possible (I wasn’t sure just from looking at the website). They replied very quickly and answered several other questions I had as well. I even requested a personalized shipping method, and everything went surprisingly smoothly. I received my product yesterday without any issues.
I would recommend this store to anyone over other options. They also have a YouTube channel with plenty of useful information.

Off topic: after discussing it with my wife, she agreed that I could use the doll and she doesn’t mind at all, so I’m even happier 🤣.

Easy buying, they reply quick with emails and they answer your questions no matter how much you have. My doll arrived quick, they show factory videos / pictures before they send you. I would shop here again.

I’m writing this review to share my personal experience so other customers can make an informed decision.
I placed a high-value order for an adult doll, which was shipped internationally. After an extended delay and the item becoming stuck in U.S. customs, I requested to cancel the order. At that point, I was informed that cancellation would only result in a 50% refund, despite the fact that I never received the product.
I understand that companies have policies, but this specific policy was not clearly communicated upfront, and the situation left me feeling extremely disappointed and financially disadvantaged as a customer.
From my perspective, the company retained a significant portion of my payment even though the product never arrived and could not be used or returned. I felt I was given the runaround rather than clear options or support.
I recommend that potential buyers read the cancellation and refund policies very carefully, especially for international shipments. Based on my experience, I would not choose to purchase from this company again.

Ken is wonderful. His team and everyone helped me get my FANREAL DOLL Carter best priority service. I named Michael now. He is beautiful, blue eyes lovely REAL LIFE LIKE skin. Met my expectations and I received Carter with top notch great safe delivery. I will be purchasing more from Allyourdolls. Any questions I had he was ready to insist me. Allyourdolls is a great company, very dedicated and honest. Ken is the best in communication and answers fast and detailed.
Something went wrong with the transport company, which was not Ken’s mistake, but I got a refund very quickly and ordered the same doll again. That one came within 2,5 weeks. The doll is amazing. Better than in the pictures.
I ordered a second doll, because i trust Ken.

I searched many web sites until I found "ALLYOURDOLLS". The pages and images were obviously done with the customer in mind. Superior phots and well posed made browsing easy and enjoyable.
Doing research on customer satisfaction consistently showed AllYourDolls was a many cuts above the rest of the market. Price comparisons put them in the best spot.
But ... the clincher for me was the superior customer interaction and communication. Ken is in a league of his own.
With many other dealers and websites, I felt somewhat uncomfortable in dealing with them. BUT NOT with AllYourDolls.

I received my doll faster than expected and the quality and craftsmanship was top notch.

All around, I doubt there is a better and more enjoyable dealer to do business with.

Great to work with. The doll I ordered was exactly as pictured and described. Their customer service and communication is excellent and they stand behind their product. Like some of you out there, I've had my share of bad and crooked doll vendors which makes buying theses kind of toys risky. However, my experiece with AllYourDolls was positive and satisfying.
