I was highly satisfied with both the quality of the doll and the service I received during my purchase. This was my first time buying this type of product, and it turned out to be very close to what I expected. I have no regrets about the purchase. The only downside is the doll’s weight—almost like a real human body. However, I see it as an opportunity for some exercise, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

Nach meinem ersten eindruck war ich skeptisch so wie alle die sich eine Doll kaufen wollen denke ich. Den richtigen Vendor zu finden war hard aber bei Allyourdolls habe ich ein zweites zuhause gefunden...und neue Companions selbstverständlich.

Ich habe eine Zelex Doll geordert und dabei hat mir Ken, einer der Supporter and Webmaster sehr geholfen die richtige doll bzw. meine vorstellungen bei diesen Brand zu finden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden um nicht zu sagen "5 Sterne" sind zu wenig.

Wenn auch du nach einer neuen oder ersten Doll suchst aber noch auf er suche nach einem geeigneten Vendor bist, suche nicht weiter! Allyourdolls ist nicht nur übersichtlich sondern hat auch sehr gute angebote. Hier bist du gut aufgehoben!

I had a great experience with AllYourDolls. They have excellent customer service, communicating by email at every step of the process, and they are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied with their order.

I ordered a Galatea doll through them, and Ken was very helpful and friendly, thoroughly explaining how the entire process works. He was also willing to help me with customizations that were not part of my original order.

Shipping was also quick and smooth. Once the doll left the factory, it only took 6 business days to arrive to Quebec, Canada. The box arrived in great condition, and had no damage.

I was a bit skeptical of AllYourDolls at first, as they are not suggested as often as other vendors, but I am glad I took my chance. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a doll at a great price.

I'm impressed. The doll is beautiful. The customer support was super friendly and responsive to change requests. There is real artistry and craftsmanship in this design. There was obvious care taken in making this a good experience throughout.

Everything went great with AllYourDolls! Ken is very customer friendly and will help you with any custom orders you may have for your doll. From the time I made my purchase until she arrived was only about three weeks and that included two holidays which slowed things down a bit. AllYourDolls also saved me around $500 from the regular WM Doll website. I highly recommend AllYourDolls. My WM Doll came with her certificate of authenticity and is 100% legit. I would definitely order again from Ken and ALLYourDolls!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent a defective doll and refused to take responsibility for it. Horrible customer service. Do NOT use them!

I was concerned because of the great price that I wasn’t going to get a good product but thankfully I was wrong.
It arrived quickly, 3 days after I ordered.
I received exactly what I ordered, in great shape just like it was pictured on the website.

5 star, if you don’t order near holidays and since most arent I will base this on that. I ordered near there and didn’t really receive any updates during that time and wasn’t informed on what happened but after it was over around Janurary 3rd I received regular updates again. l am still giving 5 star since, I probably should have asked atleast during the time but I thought it was a little obvious it’s a holiday but not everyone will think that. So I sent my order at December 3rd and I received my doll around January 24th and it came in VERY well packaged. It could have came sooner if you don’t want to communicate back and fourth with the customizability I went for.

I searched around to see if AllYourDolls was a legit service before buying and I was getting replies saying it wasnt. The service I got, the replies I received during working hours to try to reach my vision was more than expected and honestly, better than most commissions.

I commissioned a Bearrie from Castle doll that I found. Design idea for her and wanted to see if I could bring a video game character I like and slap that design on her it took alot of back and fourth requests but in the end I got pretty good results good enough to my standard. If you are not looking for body paint customizability (full body design) you might have zero issues getting your order correct and even received sooner.

I would definitely recommend this provider and deserves a chance. Since it’s new AllYourDolls does not get much attention and definitely should!

Great Doll, and amazing customer service

Ken displayed an excellent customer care and was supportive during the delayed shipment. Tact and sense of humor are very important because things don't go always smoothly , particularly during the Xmas 🎄 holidays .

He kept me up to date on the whole process until it got sent to me.
Was very pleased to receive it. The package tracking started with an overseas company tracking it until the package got into the states, at which point, it switched to UPS tracking; and was able to deliver to a PO Box (at least for my Post Office)

It was my first time purchasing a doll. I spent who knows how long thumbing through dozens of different models from different companies and vendors when I found what I felt was "the one" - an Irontech 162I (named "Betty"). Though there were a lot of bumps along the way, the doll I received was amazingly realistic and just as advertised. Where Allyoudolls is concerned, the support I received throughout the whole process was fantastic. I received many preview photos of the doll beforehand to make sure everything was as I requested, shipping issues due to delivery over the Christmas holiday were quickly resolved, and issues related to damage and maintenance were quickly addressed. Customer support has been top notch in helping address my concerns and making sure that I received everything I was supposed to. 10/10 would order from Allyourdolls again. If you are in the market for a lovedoll of your own, these people will 100% take care of you.
