アップル等のサブスクでは確認できませんし、カードの決済も都度承認メッセージがあるわけではない。
そして返金ポリシーを貼り付けてきて、返金に応じてません。半年分の料金を返してください。

Scammers. Do not follow or sign up on their website. They will set you up on a regular payment plan through PayPal. Shameful.

I bought a discounted first subscription when I was in a not-so-good place, hoping to be able to use it for a little relief. Unfortunately, with all things in the equation, I was unable to; I even missed that a normal-price automatic renewal was on the way and got charged. When I tried to get a refund thinking I wouldn't be able to use my subscription anyway, especially because I didn't realize they have an Android app, BetterMe team was very considerate and helpful, despite their unchanging policy of the unrefundable automatic renewal--they gave me a 3-month extension free of charge. The kind gesture got me started, because I don't want to waste the sincere offer that made me think I could work on myself to get better. Now, I've been enjoying the process with all the features. Thank you, BetterMe!

Originally signed up to the betterme mental health thinking it was betterme, realised it wasn't the same app and contacted customer care, though it took a couple of days to recieve a response, my request to switch my subscription over to betterme was met with polite understanding and excellent customer care. Wouldn't be a fan of the mental health app for what's offered personally but betterme is fantastic and so is the team, thanks folks!

Unfortunately, because of back issues, I was not able to do the chair yoga exercises. That was disappointing. But Better Me was willing to refund the money I paid which was very much appreciated!

At the end of 2024, I noticed that BetterMe had withdrawn a total of €490 from my account over the course of the year, after I paid for a single trial session in January 2024 of my own accord. That same day, BetterMe also withdrew a larger amount from my account for a so-called coach, who never contacted me, but whom I ended up paying for throughout the entire year. The trial session also turned into a fixed subscription with a coach, supposedly because I clicked on an email that automatically landed in my spam folder????

However, I did not receive any reminders over the course of the year, yet approximately €120 was withdrawn from my account every three months. After filing a complaint with BetterMe, they refunded €180 out of the €490 as a gesture.

Now, today, another amount has been withdrawn from my account, even though they informed me last week that our "contract/subscription" had been canceled??? Can you explain how this is happening again? What needs to happen is that the full amount you have withdrawn from my account without my consent must be refunded, and no further withdrawals should be made.

Last week, you told me that this site has nothing to do with fraud, but can you explain to me how it is that you are crediting my account again???

I have been deal with the team from BetterMe over the past week with a matter which I was keen to resolve. I am please to say that within the week everything has been solve. I found this very refreshing and much appreciated.

I realised today that my subscription was not properly cancelled after 6 months. Rather than argue with me and point at contractual clauses, BetterMe refunded me completely as they realised it was an honest mistake. Fair play to them! Thanks

Tries to do everything, does nothing. I had been allured by an Instagram ad that was promising to address Attachment styles. Turns out it was just random pseudo mindfulness meditations, relaxation breathings etc, but when it comes to attachment styles it was only about sending daily messages on the topic that looked like they were just gpt generated, very basic. If I wanted to just read on attachment styles I'd get myself a good book and not a paid subscription app where a bot sends you paragraphs, so it looks more interesting than a bunch of articles that unlock every day. Meditations are worse than basic (i meditate for 8 years and attended retreats). If you want a meditation app there are plenty dedicated high quality out there. This app is not bringing value, it just tries to target maximum amount of audience with minimum effort.

I asked for a refund after a few days of using, seeing it's a poor experience. They naturally replied with "sorry, no can, but here are 3 more free months" of something that I already clearly stated is useless.

Skip this, go to therapy, read a book on topic, or if u want a meditation app, try TenPercent/Waking Up/Headspace, you'll be much better off for a better price.

Edit: oh and I forgot. When I paid for it and the install the app the app didn't recognize that I already paid and couldn't restore purchase. I had to find support and write email to them that I can't get my full plan. They replied with a solution that made it work, but not the best start.

It took a while to recover fee that was automatically taken when renewing but after all the interactionI had with the team members was ok.

I am unable to walk very far or venture out in cold weather due to breathlessness. I signed up for 28 day chair yoga session and must say I really enjoyed exercises, in fact after two weeks I'm sure I was breathing much better. I felt much more positive and able to get upstairs without stopping! I then tried wall pilates BUT not able to lie totally flat so changed to sofa exercise BUT sofa too soft, as was bed!! I am back on chair yoga with different regime. I cannot fault this site, I changed my mind with type and it was done straight away, with swift answers to emails. I need to put weight ON so am not really doing the programme information justice. There is so much offered on this BETTERME. I am 70 and a 20minute workout suits me fine...taking Saturdays off!! 🕺

I can see improvements in my abs, arms, and legs after using this Pilates chair. I feel much stronger too. My girlfriend has noticed my progress and started complimenting me more which is also nice. I’d give it 5 stars
