We understand your frustration, and as a reminder: Beyond Borders Collective is NOT responsible to cover for shipping costs due to external errors made by the customer or the carrier that are out of our control, specially if the information on the return label purchased by the customer does not match the information Beyond Borders Collective provided on the step by step email, which is the case for your order as the address did NOT match the information in question.
In result, packages will be sent back to the customer or in some cases even get lost in transit.

This company always produces the best quality products. I know have two blankets and just recently ordered two of the Turkish towels. From the amazing designs, to the perfect packaging and they even write had written notes... this company, their products, and customer service is the BEST. Could not recommend them enough.
