If I could give more stars for the rating, I certainly would. Beyond Borders are an incredible company run by even more incredible people. They are down to earth, creative and passionate people, and it shows through the brand. This is my first blanket (certainly not my last), and it couldn’t be more fitting for the season. The forest green blanket has been one of my favourites for a little while, and I feel fortunate that I got my hands on one - just in time for the holidays! The delivery was extremely quick, even under the current circumstances and even the packaging was second to none. Grateful to have came across your brand and cannot wait to purchase more of your products in the future. Thank you BBC for sharing your passion and purpose with the world and with me.

Beautiful cozy blanket

Like many, I spent a fair amount of lockdown time thinking about home projects (and staring at the internet) so I was naturally inspired to buy the stunning Awa-Vibrant Autumn blanket. This was early in the lockdown, well before we all had a sense of how it would impact global shipping logistics. It’s fair to say, it did. A lot....BUT...the very moment I contacted the Beyond Borders Collective team to let them know I still hadn’t received my international order after 2 months, they sprang into action, taking every avenue available to them to investigate the situation and locate my blanket. From this point, I did not have to follow up once - the team stayed in contact, providing regular updates and alternatives. On the fourth day, they reached out again to arrange for me to receive a new shipment! It turns out, it wasn’t necessary as my errant parcel finally made it to me but I sure did appreciate the endeavour.

The blanket itself is lovely - but the real story here is the service. You just can’t value this highly enough. Whatever you choose from this beautiful store, be 100% assured that these folks want you to be happy. It shines through even for international customers.

Alright y'all, here we go. I purchased the Epera Blue Green at the beginning of Aug. This was intended to be a gift so I ordered a few weeks in advance. After it shipped on the 11th (plenty of time) it got stuck somewhere in Land-of-lost packages Omaha for 2 weeks. After the first week of not seeing the shipment move I contacted customer service to find out if they could give me any update. Of course they shipped in a timely manner and are by no means responsible for the USPS. But I thought I'd give it a shot. I was told that shipping had been slow, for whatever reason, and that it was on it's way. Ok, I'll wait. Another week goes by. I've had to resort to buying a case of wine for the birthday gift this blanket was intended for. No worries, she loved that too, wino. (I love my sister) But now I'm still waiting on this package being held hostage in Nebraska and this Texas girl is starting to lose her southern cool. I contacted customer service again and waited for an email back. Well, I got a phone call from Kirsten who was just as sweet as they come. Y'all. She was the most professional and understanding person I've ever dealt with in one of these scenarios. She gave me her personal number, contacted USPS herself and spoke with the director and opened an investigation to find out where this package was being held up. Above and beyond. She offered a refund, store credit, discounts. Anything to get this situation handled. I told her at this point, I'm committed to getting this blanket! Let's do this! I was ready to gather a posse to head up there and rescue my poor package. Low and behold, as soon as she opens the investigation, I get an update on tracking the next morning that suddenly my package time warped from Nebraska to Texas over night. Well, I'll be. My blanket was on my doorstep yesterday when I got home from work. And let me tell y'all, it is so much more beautiful than I imagined. The colors are deeper and more vibrant than the website pictures show. And so stinkin soft!! Looks like now I'm going to have to redecorate my bedroom to match this beauty. This is a wonderful company with amazing people selling gorgeous product. Even after the postal debacle I'll be back to buy another very soon. But I'm watching you, Omaha. Don't make me have to come up there and get after y'all. Thank you Kirsten! My guardian blanket angel.

Absolutly amazing blanket and it found its way all the way to Australia in time for winter here to keep everyone warm!. Great team supported the shipping process always informed me where the parcel is due to covid19 delays

I ordered a blanket for my sister after getting one as a gift because I loved my blanket so much! It is incredibly comfortable and warm. Myself and my Chiweenie love getting warmth from this blanket so all around a crowd pleaser. I also like this blanket because it is quite large and covers nearly my entire queen bed. This is a quality blanket and I highly recommend it!
