Called to Renew Driving Insurance Premium and spoke with Spencer who was very helpful , professional, efficient and a clear communicator and even obtained lower premium than year before....overall Excellent Customer Service provided.

I was assisted today by a staff. I am very happy with the helpful and thorough service he provided. I was very pleased that he was able to find me what I thought was a very good deal. Very happy that I am now insured with BG.

I have been with BG insurance for a couple of years now, but today as I needed to renew my policy, Spencer who dealt with my call, was just brilliant, sorted everything out, he went thru every option avail, tbh I just listened and agreed to everything. Top bloke..

Great help getting me up and running with no fuss

Zack contacted me immediately and within 10 minutes had a quote for me which was perfect for my needs. He was extremely friendly and polite and also professional and kept me informed with changes etc and saved me £1,000 from my original insurance renewal quote. So still with same insurance company but just by contacting a broker got a better policy for £1,000 cheaper. Policy sorted and will definitely use again.
