I had a brilliant experience speaking with Spencer Andrews. I ended up having a bit of a rant about my ADI journey, and he was incredibly patient, lovely, and just listened to me. On top of being a great listener, he was highly professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and quickly emailed over the clarification I needed regarding my policy.
