I strongly recommend that users exercise extreme caution before purchasing services from this company.
Based on my personal experience, the service quality has been very disappointing and unreliable, particularly with their WhatsApp messaging service.
- A significant number of WhatsApp messages have not been delivered to recipients, even though the corresponding WhatsApp credits were deducted.
- In my experience, approximately 75% of messages were not successfully delivered, despite credits being consumed.
- When I raised these issues, I found the support experience to be very unsatisfactory, with delays in resolving problems.
- Some members of the team were, in my experience, unprofessional and unhelpful when dealing with service-related complaints.
- I also experienced situations where sales personnel commitments made during the sales process were not subsequently delivered as I expected.
- Sales person asking additional charges for basic requirements after the initial deal, and money remitted to them. Sales person asking for additional charges (hidden charges) for fulfilling their commitments.
- Even you escalate matter to anyone higher, the escalations team also do not look into solving problems at all.

Such a pathetic experience I got from such a company.

My sincere advice to others is: please think carefully before purchasing any product or service from this organization. Based on my experience, I would personally not recommend purchasing anything from them. Please conduct proper due diligence, verify all commitments in writing, and carefully evaluate their service quality and support before making any payment.

My experience with BhashSMS was disappointing when I needed it most. During an important business event, thousands of messages were shown as delivered but were not received by the intended recipients. I repeatedly contacted support and shared evidence, but the issue was not resolved in time. As a result, I had to purchase another software to manage my event, causing inconvenience and business loss.

I appreciate that BhashSMS has now improved its software, and the new version seems much better. However, these improvements came too late for my event.

I had a very bad experience with this company they give me a very good trust during the time when they had to sell me there package they really spoke very nicely but after that I bought it like on 21st September it's been so many days now over 20 days in I am getting no response from anybody when I call the customer care they putting me of and they keep saying okay somebody will get back to you somebody will get back to you but you don't respond this is a very bad service I don't suggest anybody to take their service

⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience with BhashSMS – Refund Still Pending!

I have had a very frustrating experience with BhashSMS. The company failed to fulfill our requirements, and despite repeated follow-ups, my refund has still not been processed.

The sales team is not answering calls, and there is no satisfactory response regarding the refund. Anjali, who was introduced as the Support Head, has also not contacted me to resolve this issue.

This lack of communication and accountability has caused significant frustration. We paid for services expecting our requirements to be fulfilled, but unfortunately, the promised services have not met our expectations.

I request BhashSMS management to take this complaint seriously, process my pending refund immediately, and provide a clear resolution.

I strongly advise others to carefully verify the company's service commitments and refund policy before making any payment.

BhashSMS, please stop ignoring your customers and resolve this refund issue immediately!
